If you have a lawyer willing to take your case pro bono, I suggest you put up the pictures without making too many comments and let the readers decide for themselves.
If they dare sue to shut you up, the lawyer can hold a press conference that this big bully conglomerate is retaliating against a whistleblower rabbi who exposed non-kosher Exxon practices in cahoots with corrupt rabbis. They would be fools if they didn't drop the lawsuit.

Reminds me of Le Marais restaurant where it seemed like the OU had something to do with them trying to sue the mashgiach for exposing they had treif there. The judge threw the case out after he heard the tapes of the OU threatening the mashgiach he had better keep quiet while they cover it up.
Bottom line is - If you really want to eat kosher, don't eat out, or take out, or ready made, make it at home, yourself! If you don't trust KCL, or Exxon, don't eat their stuff.
