A load of "LAMMS" meat arrived early Sunday morning 6:00 AM from Wichita, Kansas. The truck left thursday night & was told to be here Sunday Morning. It's 24 hours of driving, Truckers may only drive a certain amount of hours in a 24 hour period. He had to drive on Shabbos in order to be here on time. Reb Ahron Kotler, Z"L was extemely upset when a shabbos was desecrated because of a delivery. It's a "yesh'vishe shechita".
11 hours in a day is the maximum allowed, then a minimum of 10 hours rest.
It was the pictured truck BUENGER

Yudel was this delivered to BMG? Based on what? KCL? I don't believe it.
I spoke to Avi Shafran and he is appalled that you wouldn't be dan lekaf zechus that a ness happened and they had kefitzas haderech.
Yudel, did they do kisui-hadam?
I know a yeshivishe car, a yeshivishe..., but what is a yeshivishe shechita? it's so-so, something like it. I spoke to Reb Yudel re: this shechita, he said it has the potential of being what a ben-torah would want, but the basics (yesodois) are missing-whatever that means.
Thursday night to friday night alone is 24 hrs. plus MS"K to sunday morning is another 12 hrs.that = 36 hrs. (at least).
Yudel, do you need my fingers to help you count?
The goy is allowed to use the chasideshe zeman to stop driving on Erev shabbos and he does not have to keep Rabbeini Tam on the end od Shabbos even according to Reb Aaron ZT'L.
What are the maximum hours a trucker can go per day? Do they sometimes have 2 drivers alternating shifts?
Did they use an unmarked truck like Rubashkin and the Queens Vaad?
According to Mapquest, it is 22 hours from the center of Wichita to BMG.
However, because of the greatest snowfall amounts in recorded history in West Virginia and Pennsylvania this past week, they would have been slowed down even on major highways.
Whatever, see my blog for how you see that SINA M"KALKELES ES HASHURA
Trying to pull the wool over R' Yudel's eyes on kashrus is as perilous as "Buengi" jumping.
it would also be great if you would even know where lamms shechita even takes place. its in kansas, but hint hint- NOT IN WICHITA
Reb Yudel,
Our truck leaves KS on Thursday night and has plenty of time to reach NJ by traveling Thursday night and Friday and then Motzai Shabbos and Sunday morning.

So do they pay for the trucker to stay in a hotel over Shabbos?
The truck driver told me that in order to arive on time he had to drive on Saturday
So basically Yudel says he trusts the goyishe truck driver more than a Ehrlicher Yid!!!
How's about a mea culpa Yudel?
If it's 11 hours driving in each 24 hour period, there might be enough time before & after Shabbos.
And if the goy decided to drive on Shabbos when they told him not to, how is this different than when a dry cleaner chooses to clean your suit on Shabbos even though he had enough time to do so before Shabbos?
But I agree with R' Yudel that something looks suspicious because you have to factor in more time for:
A. snow / weather conditions as was mentioned
B. did the truck get slowed down by Fri. rush hour traffic anywhere or construction zones?
C. how many stops did the truck make and for how long?
D. did the truck stop at KCL member homes before the final destination so they could get some free samples at 5 am when kimat no one is awake yet to see?
