Cold product that is put in holding tank generally do not hold product for 24 hrs, which would result in kavush. in case a holding tank is used for non-kosher for more than 24hrs, it is kashered by extensive spray ball heat which our Poskim accept as hagala

All kinds of heimishe people rely on the OU for this company when they have allergy intolerance issues.
This company also makes products besides rice dream like the soy, almond and chocolate
Why is the OU hiding behind Howie Katzenstein for a major communication like this?
Niba ve aino yodeah ma niba? Howie handles mislabeling issues and this is questionable stuff with an OU label.

There is one hashgocho personality who fights to cover up exposure of the OU as much as his own organization. There's just too much mutual negelvasser between them.
