the biggest secret this year for pesach is itcha meyer greenwald doing the hotel in vermont with lubavitch. rabbi kotlarsky decided at 770 to come up with a new title called jewish learning institute that leaves out the association of chabad lubavitch for places where they don't have the best reputation. not only is chabad running the show for itcha meyer but they are his hashgoche at that hotel
someone i know asked one of itcha meyer's secretaries why they are involved with lubavtich. she tried to deny it that oh there is one guy involved who happens to be lubavitch

whats the story with quinua or quinoa...many poskim say its ok for pesach and others say its problomatic...whats your take?
In Eretz Yisroel they detirmined that "quinoa" is kitnious.
I think according to the ou, star k and ok quinoa is not kitnious and is ok for pesach

I just bought 2 cases of natures own AJ, all say OU- KFP...how do I find out if they're made in Bayonne as opposed to Milton? And why is it different?

Itche Meir Greenwald has all the right to do food service for any organization! Who cares if the customer is Lubavitch.
In regard to Rav Szmerla, he doesn't allow Weissmandel, Westheim, Ungar from New square, even Volover he is heming & hawing! He basicly only accepts Nirbater, Tzeilim Rav, R' Yudel Shain, Kiryas Yoel Hisachdus & Illowitz! It's funny, as 99.99% of the hotel guest rely on any Heksher!
What about Tropicanna OJ?
Maybe Itche Meyer's guests are funny but so is the caterer for being too embarrassed to admit who he is working with and for getting a hechsher on his food from Lubavitch.
The reason why the guests don't care is that there are many more people who really care about kashrus who can't afford thousands $$$ for a fancy shmancy hotel, especially the the 5 star resorts that Greenwald is doing this year.
