Some Heimish Bakeries in the New York Metro area use the same oven for Dairy & Parve. The so called kashering in between (must first be cleaned from the cheese, etc) is not done by a mashgiach or hashgocha. It's suffecient just to "bren-ois-abisul".

Therefore others only use their chalas & request for their simchas to use only items baked in the chalah oven, etc.

Some of the issues are; The glazing, glazing pastry brush, the milchig trays, utensils, where do they wash the dairy utensils, etc.
