I work for a company that is frum enough that they are almost always closed on Shabbos & Yomtov. They claim to have some wishy washy sounding heter for the rest. They operate in many countries. I work for them in NY Metro. The manager assigned to this area is an Irish anti-Semite, a very grub one. You would think that the area with the most frum Jews would get something better. He curses that Judaism is a "screwed up religion" and other remarks. He walks into heimish businesses with the biggest look of disgust on his face because he is revolted being in the daled amos of Yidden. The "frum" owners don't want to hear any complaints about him. Only one time he got disciplined and it was by an Italian superior, not any of the Jewish ones. He told him it is "inappropriate" to tell Jewish subordinates their religion is screwed up. Do you hear what is happening? In any other company he would be fired on the spot and the company would still be sued for discrimination. There is no use suing this company. They know all the dirty heimishe tricks. They just fire anyone who reports illegalities and take their chances after fighting it in court for years. Where will we get parnossa in the meantime?
