*KCL doesn't certify treif establishments, no-one else should either

7-11, Yum-Yum & Dunkin DonutsThere isn't anymore in the USA any cholov-stam or Cholov-akum, it's all "Cholov-Treif". Rav Eliashev & Rav wosner said one may not rely on any heteirim that it isn't treif.
NOTE: Reb Moshe & Rav Zvi Pesah Frank only addressed the cholov stam issue, the new issue of Cholv treif (15 years ago) Reb Moshe did not address, Rav Eliyashev & Rav Wosner say according to the Shulchan Oruch "it's treif".

I no longer trust anything I "hear", any blogs, or any Kol korehs. Please direct me to a written published psak wherein Rav Elyashiv and Rav Wosner pasken that in the US one may not rely on the heter known as Chalav Stam.

Full Dislocusre I only eat chalav yisroel but....

Powdered milk has a heter and may be used as R'Tzvi Pesach Frank in yore da 103 'paskins' its mutar. The only 'chashash' is for camels milk and in a medina like america where its not 'shchiach' there is a heter to have powdered milk. Just like it is mutar to have butter from 'chalav stam'. the only 'gezairah' was on real milk not if it comes in a different form like butter or powdered milk.

The 'machmirim' will tell u no butter but there is really NO issue to have Butter from 'chalav stam.'

Of course ask your local rabbi for halacha - Not Yudel who wants to 'assur ' everything.

Yudel, why do you always make everything so clear cut like your chumros are psak?

Mr. Less than full disclosure,

How is the heter for powdered relevant if it was made from something treif?

And consider this ...

I wonder what poskim who know the full scope of economic globalization would say now that there is camel's milk commercially produced & sold.

Regarding butter, you have no idea what you are talking about. There are all kinds of additives in the butter of today that can be made from something other than cow's milk. Today's butter is not true butter.

R' Yudel is someone with a lot of yedios and his radar is always on with the fast changing environment of food technology.

If we relied on just taking a many decades-old teshuva from Rav Frank at face value, we would be in a lot of trouble.

from full disclosure
Yudel please explain how it is cholov 'treif'?

Also, please dont make every chumro or psak that is l'isur as halacha. you should be full disclosure as there are many rabonim out there who will be choilek and say this 'treif' is not a problem....
same with your 'Arons' many rabnim evn in Lakewood will tell you it is not a problem. Only you know?
