You never came out against dried cherries before. Why now?
Since no one makes a platter to your standard, why not produce one under your Double U Kashrus to relieve the tircha d'tzibbura of buying each frucht separately?
I thought only imported dried dates are infested. Since when are the California dried dates a problem? And you should write dried unless you have information that fresh dates are also infested.
There is no bokser for sale anywhere that is acceptable?
Am I the only one that reads this blog for its comedic value?. Everyday a new item is assur as the consumer is not trained...blah blah...All i know is that my rebbe used to say the Torah says וחי בהם
that you are supposed to live with the motzvos of Hashem, not create new fodder for the OCD types who think that they are sering Hashem by assuring more and more things...Dont get me wrong a chassid is allowed to add extra stringencies on ones one self,,but please keep to to yudel shain land...stop nebach making others follow in your footsteps
Are currants infested?
There is a difference by the way between the regular and the freeze dried. The freeze dried should be ok.
On the other dried fruits like prunes, peaches, etc, do they use partially rotten and possibly infested fruits with the cheshbon that the end product is going to be shriveled up anyway so the consumer won't be to tell?
All the stores in Queens are selling infested Spotlight NOT under the VHQ.
For loads of Infested Spotlight for free just go to the oldest Shul on Metropolitan Avenue.
Don't ask the Rov about it because the Spotlight hides when the Rov looks for him.
Chaim, this blog has attracted the attention of mispalelim in your shul. I for one, may I ask you what the heck you are doing? You seem to think you are fighting here with a few other guys in the shul. Are you sure that's who they are before you start grunting back with details that identify? We all know which two or three guys ate in Ruchel's Kettle and worked in Rosenblum's. You should learn Chofetz Chaim again.
You should speak to the hashgochos that workers arranging the fruit platters should wear hair nets. If a strand of hair falls in it could have lice on it.

U.S. intelligence agencies believe that Iran is prepared to launch terrorist attacks inside the United States in response to perceived threats from America and its allies, the U.S. spy chief said Tuesday.
Director of National Intelligence James R. Clapper Jr. said in prepared testimony that "some Iranian officials — probably including Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei — have changed their calculus and are now more willing to conduct an attack in the United States in response to real or perceived U.S. actions that threaten the regime.” Clapper's testimony was submitted to the Senate Intelligence Committee in advance of a threat assessment hearing Tuesday. “We are also concerned about Iran plotting against U.S. or allied interests overseas.”
Dickies? You mean it's Harvey that Schwartz is fighting around with?

You should learn Chofetz Chaim again.
Rumer has it that REY's bodygaurds poskened that the mispalilim of Metro. Ave's oldest shul
should stop looking at the chofetz chaim shmiras halashon. It seems that if the whole story about all their shtusim really got out there would be no toeles for the shul or the neighborhood anymore.
Leave it to C.S. to rely on a "rumer"
Spotlight was going to get a life by opening a 'oh nuts' branch in his home turf, Metropolitan Avenue. Then he accidentally looked in the mirror
(like the zeida, Avrohom avinu - not sure if its his xeida too) and said 'why waste $$$ to open a nut store when I live here'. Oh well.

Not too worry if he just misses this opportunity he always will have the internet in his breast pocket
Mamash pathetic coming from the tzedreiter vus cholomt az er iz a ruv beYisruel beQveens because he was given a political appointment by a modern orthodox organization where he won't have a job unless he does all the antithetical dirty work they command him to.
