Your biggest problem Yudel is ... other company's wont pay you...or may be call Bodek or & ask to be put on the payroll you may get offer more then postiv pays

he loves when competetion comes in and starts knocking things around! but its not even close to true that postiv is paying him as they have nothing to do with him.
Anybody know wwhat Mesila does??? my friend met them and asked them how they help people and they have no clear answer except some garbage etc., how do people let people open up all these "MOISDOS" of "CHESED" and take away tzedoko dollars from real places like bonei and chai lifeline etc.

Why are you bashmutzing Relief Resources? Rabbi Babad is a tzaddik and does a lot of good. He also advises when the therapists are no good when many other orgs cover it up.
what does Mesila and Relief have to do with bugs in lettuce? It is mind boggling how people post totally unrelated subjects on this blog.

There can be a tayna about compensation like when Ohel CEO David Mandel nemt a halb milyon dollar while covering up for child molesters on the orders of the Agudah etc, or else he knows he's not getting his cushy paycheck anymore. And he doesn't even have the right background for the job. He is a business MBA with zero experience in that field.
But someone who is ehrlich has a right to get paid. I can tell you that I spent quite a while with R' Binyomin Babad getting help for someone. I can't rule out if was getting a cut from a therapist as I wouldn't have any idea what goes on behind the scenes, but he was very patient and caring and spent considerable time in areas where there is no way he received any compensation.
If you take a look at secular non-profits, the heads there also get paid nicely.
Why don't you start looking where the real questionable expenditures are. How many dozens or hundreds of mishpochos have all their expenses paid by BMG like house, vehicles, food, etc? (skiing trips?)
