A while back I was asked by numerous individuals to inspect the butcher Dept of the NPGS Jackson Co-op. I called Rav Palachik (I thought he's the the Rav Hamachshir) for permission, He responded "no problem" but talk to Z. Rothchild der Baal Habuhs.
I told Z. Rothchild that Rav Palatchuk Re: visit in the butcher Dept he said I should also clear it with you. Z. Rothchild said you can visit on the condition that "whatever you see you can't tell anyone". I told him I do know what's going on & I don't buy the NPGS meat, but others want to know-
If I can't tell anyone my findings, I'm not going in!!!.
Some 3-4 weeks later, Z. Rothchild asks me "what's your problem with the butcher dept at my NPGS Co-op"?. I ask him how is it that your Bais-Yosef ratio from your schechita is that much higher than anyone else that does a Shechite at the Treuth Plant in Baltimore?, Something is seriously wrong, Alle, Mendelowitz, Rockland Kosher, Star-K, etc all take from there with a much lower ratio of Bais Yosef?. No response!!
I ask Z. Rothchild, how many grinding machines he has in his butcher department? He responds "one".
I follow up with, in the middle of the day when you run out of packaged Bais-Yosef choped meat what type of clean-up do you do with the grinder? he responds, Just maybe wipe the outside of the grinder. I told him that the inside of the grinder is full of non-Bais-Yosef meat and a Sfardi that you give him non bais-yosef meat is giving him "treif". He says well really I am of the opinion that "all of the meat is bais-yosef" .
I just don't mark it that way, the customers wouldn't like it.
So I say even Rav Yosef Karo, Z"L the Bais-Yosef never knew that all of the meat is actually bais-yosef. So in Yoreh Dayah & Choshen Mishpat I can't trust you at all.
Who is the real Rav Hamachshir at NPGS? Rav Palatchuk also gives the Hashgocha at Rockland Kosher (the Bais Yosef ratio from the same plant is much lower), certain cuts that Rav Palatchuk does not allow (Rockland kosher doesn't sell it at all), the Co-Op puts on the KCL label. Unbeknown to the consumers the shtik- To the Sfardik customers "you have been "sketched".
The real rav Hamachshir is Z. Rothchild & staff et al, he is the ultimate decider of the kashrus standards. KCL standards? $$$$

R' polotchik is the machsir for kj. he is paid extra to be machshir npgs. he has never personally visited the treth plant.
he took his time to speak for shatnez politics in lakewood, but never took the time to speak about his hechsher on npgs chicken which is really kj hashgocho and his heschsher on meat which he never supervises.
KCL Or Ashkenazi is irrelevant, If they can give treif to the sfardim, why not to Ashkenazim? wake up & smell the coffee, or you are too dumb for that.

If palchik gives a hechesher HE is the one who you should be talking to and HE is the one who should be suppling ALL the answers, why do you let plachick get of the hook? why waste your time talking to the owner$?

The nirabater has 2 types of bais yosef; it kind of makes you think what is going on with his hashgocho.
NPGS Jackson is the biggest supermarket in Lakewood by square feet, but take a good look what goes on there. The shelves are full of the same redundant merchandise. While other supermarkets will use the same space to sell all the different brands of the same item because of taste & hashgocho preferences, NPGS is very boring with pretty much everything the same. Many items all they have is Lieber's even though not everyone eats that brand after it change to a more lenient hashgocho.
There are some out of town cities where the master distriibutor brings almost everything from Lieber's. The reason is because Lieber's is cheap. (They can be cheap when the rav hamachshir is not mechayev as many chumros).
So here you have NPGS, in Lakewood nuch, farkoyfing tons of Lieber's
AND AT PRICES MUCH HIGHER THAN NY SUPERMARKETS
If npgs is all about getting cheap prices for yungeleit why didn't they let krm (which has really cheap prices and fresh food) open in lakewood??
Is Rabbi Polochick the official Rav Hamachshir at the packaging point for NPGS or not does he claim to be. Please clarify if the meat packaged for NPGS foe ashkanazim is reliable
NOBODY WHO GETS PAID is a tzadik unless they had a real job which they GAVE up to get into kashrush...zeeev is no tzadik,the chumros and hock about their meat and chicken is all PR,the co op makes more money in a week than all the stores in lakewood put together
