Don't rely on Klein's or their hashgochas even for tu-bi'shvat

Don't rely on the Queens Vaad, even for their erev Shabbos BBQ fressing.

Do you know what it's like trying to approach the Queens Vaad when you discover a kashrus problem? You get all the empty words that are in essence stalling tactics because being mired in the mud of non-kosher is exactly how they like it. When Paroih didn't want to let bnai Yisroel go, every word he said was a stalling tactic.

The Agudah wasted their time trying to intervene and be moiche on his behalf now that Aryeh Ralbag has folded like a cheap camera.

http://www.jpost.com/JewishWorld/JewishNews/Article.aspx?id=256296&R=R5

The Orthodox Jewish community of Amsterdam reinstated its chief rabbi, Aryeh Ralbag, on Thursday after briefly suspending him last month for having co-signed a statement in which homosexuality was described as an inclination from which one can be “healed.”

According to the board of the community, NIHS, Ralbag’s reinstatement came after he “acknowledged both verbally and in writing” that he “should not have signed the statement using his title as chief rabbi of Amsterdam.”

Ralbag, a US-born rabbi who was made chief rabbi of Amsterdam in 2005, was temporarily relieved of his duties by the board of the NIHS after signing the "Declaration On The Torah Approach To Homosexuality" which called on "authority figures" to "guide same-sex strugglers towards a path of healing & overcoming their inclinations."

The online document was signed by 180 other US rabbis. Ralbag signed the online petition as “Av Beth Din Agudas Harabonim, Rav of Young Israel of Avenue K. Brooklyn, NY.” He travels back & forth from Amsterdam to the US.

Contacted by The Jerusalem Post after his reinstatement, Ralbag sent a declaration saying: "I sincerely regret & apologize to anyone pained by the inaccurate portrayal of my views."

He added: If a person wishes to live a Torah lifestyle, then that person must refrain from this form of sexual conduct. I am not here to excommunicate anyone from the community of Torah believers. Nor did I ever say that homosexuality is a disease or a sickness...when I use the word ‘healing,’ I am referring to a ‘healing-of-the-soul,’ a ‘spiritual-healing’.... My message was one of inclusion not rejection.”

In its declaration, the NIHS board spoke about the need to reexamine the current long-distance system, in which Amsterdam’s chief rabbi does not live there.

According to one person from the Jewish community involved in reconciliation talks between the parties, who spoke on condition of anonymity, “the message was that Rabbi Ralbag won’t be Amsterdam’s chief rabbi for long.”

The person added: “What happened is that both parties found a formulation that allowed them to climb down from their positions.”

When Paroih didn't want to let bnai Yisroel go....

Eventually "paroih' saw the light, when he was saved from drowning and traveled the world (including ninvay)to declare how wrong he was.

So Soptlight. There is still much hope for you that one day (b'kau'roiv mammesh) you'll stop 'drowning' in your own ego and re-adjust your erroneous views.
We're waiting.

Actually, shteit in seforim that Pharoh was kept alive because it's an even bigger oinesh for him to see everything he lost as he was the emperor of the entire world. Napoleon was grada also kept alive by the Allies after his defeat.

You've got some nerve preaching to others about ego when you think your title entitles you to not fix problems even when your modern orthodox overlords would allow it. But that's alter nayess.

Where does it say that, what is the exact quote and how does that shtim with bferush Chazal that it was not shayich for him to do teshuva and even if it was it wouldn't be accepted?

Paroh would have done well in the freak show at the circus. Chazal say he was shaped like a box of a square amah. I think it was Rav Hutner that said that Chazal is literal.

This is what Chaim Schwartz would call a "stira minay oobay". If they were makpid on oshek by KVH, then why does he fanatically push Rubashkin fleish at VHQ?

The Boston Beis Din in 1974 forbade grapes due to the extremely low wages that the migrant farmers were being paid which they could not even live on. These rabbis said that oppression of workers is a prohibition and so it is not permitted to buy these grapes. The pasuk upon which the decision is based is (Devarim 24:14): "Lo taasok sachir ani v'evyon mai'achecha o mee'gaircha asher bi'artzecha bisharecha." – The Rambam teaches in Hilchos Gezeila 12 that oppression applies to non-Jews as well, and that is how the Boston Beis Din ruled.

I asked a Chaim Berliner. Rav Hutner learns that it is literal AND figurative, that Paroih was oichet a square block head who wouldn't listen to reason. Sounds familiar when you know of a kashrus problem at the Queens Vaad. Or if you want to kasher a Queens Vaad kitchen and don't have enough protectzia. Paroih made himself into a god and today we have Anoichee Executive Drecktor eloihecha.

An amah is only 2 feet tall the most. Napoleon wasn't very tall either.

There is only one real oived avoide zaro in Queens. That is Spotlight.
How does go about doing that?
He establishes what he "thinks" (he does not think at all, but..) is a popular target so that his avoida zaro movement should get some steam. Then he starts to worship it and blogging so that others can worship with him.

The target is: rabbeinu
The avoida is: bashing him
The end result: He's a 'maisis oomadeeach'

Hey Schwartz, you were the one who twisted out of context Rav Elyashev's psak on sheitelach.

Now give the mareh makom for Ninveh if YOU are such a know it all. It couldn't have been a real teshuva and you know it. I believe it says "something" like you are saying but you are teitching it wrong.

REY says NO SHEITLACH period.
But the GROISEH chosid, shpotlight,
exposer, and second fiddle non-posek from Metropolitan Avenue decided that this won't fit with his 'bnai baayis'. So we do some twirls, swirls, mechane shaims and skip thepills for the day and now its all ok.
And this is just one of many many examples.

"Napoleon" at the Queens Vaad is very preoccupied with who might be taking pills. If you take a look at all his incoherent ranting & raving he obviously could use some himself.
