Will sell items received in legally questionable methods.
Pretends to care about kashrus issues, when in fact they only care about the dollar.
Shake down kosher vendors, claiming it's a kashrus issue.

Since Co-op stopped carrying Pride of the Farm, my shopping there has been very limited. I only buy that milk for Kashrus and freshness issues.
If I have to shop elsewhere for milk anyways, I do my shopping while I'm at the other store.

yudel i know that you are no fan of heineman (to put it mildly) but will you admit that regarding pride of the farm the kashrus is better then then the rest ?? They own the dairy and have no kashering situation plus other advantages
For Sefardim do you mean bishul of take out food or glatt? Enough poskim say that everyone should be makpid on bishul like Sefardim and Brisk of course is makpid on the same glatt.

we have no choice krm was what we really need in lkwd a real discount supermarket but the npgs mafia made sure to keep them out so there is no where to shop .the small grocery stores are even more expensive. By the way npgs james has malt omeal cereal on sale for $1.89 but hurry it expires in march 2012

American law does not apply in Lakewood . Thier is a great need to break the monopoly that is N.P.G.S. This is the only town from all frum communities of a large size in the U.S. that only has one large kosher supermarket. We deperatly need a kollel type store(from bp) to put competitive pressure on N.P.G.S
i know from first hand that sender from npgs bought outdated food and did not have hechscher but the same company produces for one big distributor with hechscher and they where relying on that

there will never be another big supermarket ,because ZEEV has everybody in his pocket because he plays the choscheweh guy no fancy hat or car or suit and he is only here to help ,and from all his help and none profit he has vast amount real estate and BANK , MAYBE HE USES npgs FOR mikweh ???
