Commercial juice operations do not remove the rind? I would think they sell it to companies that need it like for cake batters and candies (chocolate covered orange peels)

Those who are makpid to squeeze their own OJ for Pesach, should briefly check the peels of the oranges for "scale" before squeezing them. Those oranges that need cleaning should be cleaned appropriately.

I've never been by the juicing machinery but I assume the workers are giving a little flick of the finger to the orange peels which lichoyrah would eliminate any scale insects that might be present.

These Yoielis were obviously sent by the Nirbater to Georgia. The cabbage "stew" with meat & tomato sauce has to be the Alle cabbage rolls as Alle has a national contract with BJ's Wholesale Club. And who else would be buying 170 tons a month of cabbage for this purpose?
When you enlarge the pictures though, is there cause for concern? Are there only two mashgichim for this tremendous volume? And the way the cabbages are cut open, does that mean they are only checking samples instead of every leaf? Are heimishe hashgochos no longer checking every leaf?
What is the Nibatur's policy on a minyan for his mashgichim? Does he have a whole minyan sent to check cabbage? The cabbage farm in Moultrie, Georgia is 90 minutes drive from Chabad in Tallahassee FL and the only minyan that Chabad has all week is Shabbos morning at 10:30 am. The closest daily minyan is 3 & a half hours away in Jacksonville FL.

Paedophiles must be stopped. All serious Rabbinic and secular authorities state that in the case of suspected child sexual abuse in a Western democratic society, one must go to the police. Period.
