The trucks that bring the kaporas chickens are stacked 3-5 crates high. The Tzedokah organizations sponsoring those kaporas have young kids volunteer & working the whole system. Getting the crates off the trucks may have an issue of "nefulois" (the chicken fell more that 10 tefuchim (40 inches) and may be treif.
Buka ditmah & dislodged wings are other issues of treifos to be concerned about.
