When a so called hashgocha is only in theory, but in fact is a political "protection-money" enterprise..., nothing to do with kashrus, then you have your answer. When in doubt "follow the money trail".
BMG's KCL allows kaporas with regard to treifos & neveilos issues.
Buka di'atmas, dis-placed wings, Nefulois, shechitas without hashgochas, neveilos, etc

I remember when someone I know made food at home to be sold in a local store under KCL, they never came even once to check anything!
I guess that's why the Lakewood Matzo bakery sent the KCL flying & got rid of them.
The KCL weisner was afraid that shlomies was going to dump the kcl & take weismandel hashgocha, so weisner let shlomy's use S. America beef but didn't let any other establishment use S. american beef.

The result was a shaila of neveilos & treifos, yet he used it in his pots & pans under kcl, a falshe velt. So the kcl serves treifos without giving a hashgocha on kaporos? the kcl are masters at this. As long as the get the gelt.
If I was KCL, I would be afraid to give hashgocho on kapporos in Lakewood. Any place where you have a bunch of Briskers draying zich arum, they will walk the chickens around the block to make sure the feeselach don't crack.
I heard KCL is giving hashguche on kapures using currency instead of oyfos.
I dont trust Gavriel finkels KCL Hashgacha around any Chickens Kaporos or No Kaporos Gavriel Finkel the Mosers Nephew Moshe Finkel was the one Caught selling Treife Shevach Chicken in Monsey NY had it happened in Lakewood under Finkels KCL Hashgacha he would have never been caught or it would be covered up

The Lubavitch owner of a kosher deli has caused a stir in Glasgow by choosing to supervise it himself rather than come under the umbrella of the local kashrut authority.
Rabbi Mendel Jacobs took over Hello Deli in August, announcing that it was under the “strict” supervision of himself and his wife Tzirl.
But the West of Scotland Kashrus Commission (WSKC), which licenses kosher outlets in the city including another store, Mark’s Deli, has been trying to persuade him to affiliate.
Rabbi Moshe Rubin, the commission’s rabbinic head, said: “Self-supervision is not supervision. Supervision means you have an external, independent person who does it.
“We are hoping he will come round to our way of thinking and join the community structure.”
Rabbi Rubin, minister of Giffnock and Newlands Synagogue, felt “very strongly” about the issue. “One person breaking away from that communityhas consequences down the line,” he said. “If everyone does what they want with kashrut, where do you draw the line?”
Hello Deli sells fresh meat and, according to a recent advert, “heimishe Jewish foods like your mother and bobbee used to make”.
Rabbi Jacobs declined comment.
Mark Cohen, owner of Mark’s Deli, which came under supervision last autumn when he opened a cafe in the store, said he was “delighted” with the WSKC. “They are very helpful. They go out of their way to make it economical.”
He added: “There are a lot of people who come to Scotland as tourists or for business, so if they see a hechsher [kosher certificate] that we are supervised by the commission in Glasgow, it’s reassuring for them.”

A Ra’anana family was poisoned last year in a suspected terror attack carried out in the family’s home, police said on Sunday.
The suspects are Palestinian Adnan Otman Nas’ara from the West Bank and two Israeli Arabs from Tirah, who police say broke into the Lerner family’s home, stole valuables and then poisoned food and drinks with a toxic pesticide.
Ayal Lerner, his wife, their two children, the children’s grandmother, and a police officer who answered the burglary call, all fell ill after drinking one of the contaminated liquids.
Mr Lerner spent two weeks in a serious condition in hospital, while the other victims were lightly affected and recovered shortly after the attack.
Police said the three suspects broke into the house after working on renovations in the family’s building.
Mr Lerner compared the poisoning to some of Israel’s most infamous terror attacks.
All three suspects are expected to face charges of attempted murder, breaking and entering, theft and conspiracy to commit a crime.
