The Roshei Yeshiva decided to establish a Lakewood Based Kashrus Organization in order to upgrade the kashrus for the Bnei Torah. The KCL was therefore established. Over the years it had the direct backing of the Roshei Yeshiva & Rabonim. No one had foreseen the Monster (עגל )that was ultimately created.
KCL's Kashrus reliability has gone down the deep end. Most don't realize that the OU's standards & systems is way ahead of the KCL's. Granted that there are yechidim that will not rely on the KCL for anything more than a cup of water in a dispoable cup. The rest are being led blindly by the ......
An acceptable Kashrus has always been the goal of every Ben Torah, as is evidenced in sucess in their learning, raising their children al pi Torah, etc.

I spoke To a Flishege Restaurant store owner here in Lakewood the other day whos food establishment is Under the KCL Hashgacha all the workers and Staff at this restaurant are Eino Yehudim.
I asked him if anyone from the KCL ever stops By to check the Restaurant and Kitchen, his answer was "Never - all they are interested in is Money.
I could be selling Treife Chazir they would not Know Their only Busy with Nareshkieten Like Sour Krout, Barley, Corn On the Cob, and Pickle Relish and That is only to get PR To show that they are Up Tp Date on all the New Chumrus in The Yeshivishe Chasideshe Brisker Velt"
I don't have to say which place, because i'm sure that all of the KCL places are like that. maybe they would be afraid to say it but Just feed the golden calf money.

Dear Rav Usher Chaim Lieberman, Shlita I would like to follow up with the Rav in writing to clarify some issues I consider very serious.
1.The KCL giving a hashgocha to a caterer that does the cooking & preparing in his own house, with no separate cooking kitchen for the catering, what’s the justification? No Mashgiach ever by the cooking, preparing. He can use ingredients, keilim from who knows where and what ever he wants he uses.
2.The caterer runs a Bais Hatavshil which is a very nice thing, but he gets food donated and sent from all over, with no controls at all. The KCL never did or would not be able to check all of the outside food items coming in. The caterer uses the bais hatavshil food and the catering food interchangeably as he pleases.
3. He uses his Kapores chickens for the Bais hatavshil and catering. Those chickens are shechted without a hashgocha. The whole kapores process Shechita, bedikas, salting is a hefker velt.
4. Rav Geltzaler Oluv hasholom caught him using non-pesach oil in his Pesach gefilte fish.
5. If this goes on by this Caterer, most probably it goes on by other KCL caterers, restaurants.
I was going to put out all over Lakewood, Monsey, Boro park flyers of what’s going on in Lakewood, but a Ruv I asked said I should pass this on to Rav Lieberman- who’s erlich & give the Ruv 2-3 days to give me a satisfactory response to every one of the 8 items listed, after that I’m free to publicize it. the KCL are a bunch of thugs in the plane sense. all of the owners just have to figure out how to stay a step ahed of him. Pay on time is very important. don't ask no questions is anoter one.

Forget the OU the JSOR In Deal has better standards than The Kcl. The JSOR does not allow any caterers under its Hashgacha to prepare food without a full time Mashgiach Present every Minute even if the owner is Frum.contrast that to Lakewoods Kcl where you can Walk into any Caterers kitchen in Lakewood under the KCL Hashgacha on any Given Day and you will find Mexicans working for Hours at a Time or the entire day from morning to night Unsupervised with unmarked Meat and Chicken without a Jew in sight Not even the owner The Kcl Takeout Restaurants are Not any Better they rely on the shababnik Cashier as thier "Mashgiach" Very Little Knowledge and Yiras Shomayim who can not see what is going on in the kitchen which is totaly seperated from the area where the cashier is working
After speaking to some & some personal observation I realized that one can't call himself an onais or a shogeg by relying on KCL, you are a maizid. one can not play ostrich & say it's on the achrai'us of the Rabonim & roshei yeshiva.

Rav Usher Chaim Lieberman is Just Listed on the KCL Stationary as an Honarary Rabbi, (The same way Reb Malkiel is listed as the "DEAN" Of the KCL) He does not Get Involved in the Day To Day affairs of The KCL, Niether does he set KCL Policy or standards. R'Avrohom Moshe Wiesner and R' Gavriel Finkel who Wiesner answers up to are the ones who Run the KCL and where all the Money goes to they Both Make a Big $$ off of it considering the miniscule amount of work done Running and Supervising the Kashrus especially Finkel who really does nothing he officialy the "POSEK" R'Gavriel Finkel is the Real Boss of the KCL he has the First and Final say in all issues involving the KCL and Yes he is the guy whos Nephew Moshe Finkel was caught selling Shevach Treife Chicken in Monsey, NY 5 aprox. 5 years ago
It is so Reassuring to Know That In Lakewood "Ihr Hatorah" we have Food establishments without proper supervision under the Hashgacha of a "Rav Hamachshir" whos own Nephew was caught selling Treife Chicken to Chareidi Yidden in Monsey. Is there anything else i Should know about this town?
The Kcl does not require Mashgichim for their Caterers and establishments because they know it will effect thier Profits they want every Penny the caterers and store owners pay to go into thier own pockets. Every Dollar spent on a Mashgiach to actually supervise the Kashrus is a Dollar Less into Weisner and Finkels Pockets (The Kcl has at least 40 food purveyers under their Hashgacha considering each one pays a minimum of ten Thousand Dollars That is close to a Half a Million Dollars which they want all in thier pockets they do not want the store owner to pay Less for the Kashrus Certificate Because of Mashgiach Expenses)
Speak to any Caterer or Restaurant owner in Lakewood under the KCL Hashgacha, They will tell you all the KCL is interested in is Money Money and More $$$$$$$$$$$$$$ any normal Kashrus agency even half the size of the KCL would have a full time office with secreteries manning the phones being in contact with Their Clients Consumers and Mashgichim and other Kashrus agencies around the country, . Bi-Weekly and Monthly Publications A set of Iron clad Guidelines for all areas of Kshrus Which would be Known to everyone in the Community, A fully trained team of at least 25 Mashgichim out in the field Supervising, A Hotline anyone can call to find Relevent and Updated Information.Transparency on how how they Operate,From The KCL you here Nothing Just complete and Utter silence For the Past 15 years Nothing Just Total Silance Just Weisner Finkel and Thier Fat Bank Acounts

(JTA) – Empire Kosher Poultry Inc. fired its chief executive officer allegedly after the aborted acquisition of another kosher poultry firm.
Greg Rosenbaum learned Oct. 10 that he was out at Empire, the leading supplier of kosher poultry in the United States, the Washington Jewish Week reported Wednesday. The company, based in Mifflintown, Pa., went from near collapse to prosperity and expansion about a year after Rosenbaum arrived there in 2006, the newspaper reported.
Rosenbaum told the newspaper that he was fired because of a "disagreement between himself and the partners of Empire Kosher on the strategy and direction for the company." The problems began, he said, after the partners vetoed a complex acquisition deal that he had been negotiating since the spring with MVP Kosher Foods, the country’s second largest supplier of kosher poultry.
MVP Kosher’s Mark Honigsfeld told the Washington Jewish Week that he had approached Rosenbaum in May and that negotiations were taking place with the knowledge of both companies' board of directors. In preparation for the acquisition, Honigsfeld said his company turned over to Empire its farming relationships, inventories, birds and customers. In July, MVP closed its plant in Birdsboro, Pa.
But on Oct. 12, Honigsfeld said he was told that Rosenbaum no longer worked for Empire and that there would be no acquisition.
"Everything was orchestrated and arranged as if there had been a deal in place. The only thing that didn't happen was for money to change hands,” Honigsfeld told the newspaper. “They left us with a technically bankrupt company.”
A unnamed source cited in the Washington Jewish Week story said that MVP had been having major financial difficulties and was wasting thousands of chickens.
In a statement released to the Washington Jewish Week, Empire said it does not comment on business negotiations or transactions. Yet it referred to the claims against it as “baseless allegations” and that “we are confident that we acted properly and in good faith."
Jeff Brown, the former chief operating officer, was promoted by Empire's board to be the company’s new president.

The Lakewood Vaad was never Created to deal with Kashrus Issues in Lakewood (Hence all the Kashrus issues in Lakewood). The KCL was Created by BMG and the Establshment for the same reason the Lakewood VAAD And every other Orginazation created by the Ruling Elite "FOR CONTROL" The Establishment needs full control over every aspect of Lakewood Life Political, Money, Beis Din,Yeshivos, Mesivtas Cheders, BOE, ETC ETC.. as soon as they found out that Rabbi Abadi and Rabbi Gissinger were considering starting Kashrus Orginizations they went running to Zeev Rothchild to put together a Kashrus Supervision so that no one else can get in on thier Monopoly of Full control of all Facets of Lakewood Life wether it be Religious or Secular

Pickle Relish.... possibly an unidentifiable mashed up bug. in any event it is just one of those Passing Fly by Night Chumrus which someone dreamed up which wiesner came accross while surfing the internet at home and realized he just hit another Chumra/Goldmine which will make the Torah Vodas Boy look like a Real Fafrumta Brisker BINGO!!! The Chicken and Beef can be Treifa Chazir however as long as the Corn on the cob and Pickle Relish side dissh are Bug Free we are OK in Lakewood By Moshe Finkel Standards,Pardon Me, I mean his Uncle Gavriel Finkels standards
The Kcl IS allways on the lookout for any Chumras and Hype that is currently in Vouge in the Yeshivishe/Chasideshe Circles at the Time, as long as it does not entail any extra work for wiesner and co. and Most Importantly as long as it does not have any negative impact on their bottom line($$$).Than as soon as the Latest Chumra/Fad Goes out of style The KCL Quietly Drops it and Than Wiesner is back again on the wire waiting to catch the latest Chumra/Nareshkeit in his net
The Kcl is all Fluff, No Substance . Years ago when Lakewood was a Little Town and there were only 3 or 4 Food establishments in the whole Town under the KCL, the KCL came up with the Mother of all "Chumras" that They felt would Propel them into the Guiness World of Records. They came up with Such a Tzedreita Chumra that even the Biggest Satmar Kanoye could not have Dreamt up such an off the wall "Chumra" in his wildest imagination THAT IS "THE SNAPPLE CHUMRA" you have to give the KCL credit on their Creativity and originality on this Chumra. The KCL decided they will show the C world that the KCL is at the forefront cutting edge of Chumras by Banning ALL snapple drinks even those clearly marked Koshe.r Being that there are 2 OR 3 flavors that are not kosher. It was one of those Chumras that may entail Hardship on the Store owner and Customer however it Requires No Hardship and Most Importantly No Financial Loss To The Kcl That is Until Lakewood started Growing and The Kcl started Losing Customers To R Gissinger and The Satmar Dayan than the KCL Quickly Dropped the Snaopple Chumra Overnight
The KCL says because in "lakewood no realy cares about kashrus", we at the KCL will make sure that the food establishments will live up to the "no one cares".
The KCL Rabbi plays hard to get by a new inquiry of a food establishment. BUT as soon as weisner hears they may go to someone else, everything is a go.
Rav Aurebach from the kof-k & Monsey moved to Lakewood. He's been in the kashrus field many years. He says that Rabbi Weisner is the biggest expert in running a reliable kashrus organization especially for yeshiva leit. So all you guys sit down and relax while you are being served.
Make sure you leave a tip for Rabbi Weisner, he'll appreciate it.
I don't think you have the facts correct with Snapple. Shimon Eider was telling everyone not to drink Snapple until a problem was corrected. Snapple would have of the same flavor, some under OK supervision & some with just a K, probably no supervision at all. According to Eider, there were poor controls and mix ups going under OK labels.
Yudel still does not like Snapple and feels OK is not 100% on top of things.
"Rav Auerbach from the Kof-k" what type of endorsement is that since when is the Kof-K Acceptable especially by Yeshivaliet even the Kcl Does not allow any of its establsihments to use Kof-k products
I don't care what Auerbach from Chof K says. He once told me something really weird sounding bsheim Achronim on the kashrus of cheese. I couldn't find any such mareh makom so when I called him back for clarification he ducked all my phone calls. I then asked around with poskim who told me there is no such thing, he must have made it up. It could explain his evasive behavior when questioned on it. I think it's also a siman that some of the biggest obfuscators in kaSHRUS cite him
So Than Why Did The KCL suddenly decide one day snapple is OK when it started hitting the KCL in the pocket because they were losing clients to the Competition
