In my days in the dorm, a bochur says he called the Dayan to question him about the pizza oven there that was yarshened from a treif place because apparently the KCL in those days refused to allow it to be kashered. There were people who stopped eating the pizza when this got around.
So this is what makes you "Modern Orthodox". If there is "no problem to eat from hashgocho of Meshichisten."
Did you go through the very detailed t'shoovah? Did you check out the sources? Did you discuss it with a competent Rov (not just any Jer...)? Better yet. Did you understand the t'shoovah?

Rav Henkin's kids nebich became modern orthodox or in some cases worse.
They also posken that there is no problem to eat from hashgocho of Meshichisten.
