Otherwise you can only use HEIMISHEH SHGOOCHE or NO hashgacha places.
Shimon's pizza has a company that manufactures knishes on a commercial-industrial scale under Hisachdis.
If his kashrus is so bad in Queens it sounds like a good fit for Hisachdis.
