[Hisachdus fouled up again? that's not news!]
Dear VaAD of 5 Towns, and Hisachdus CRC,
Please issue a bulletin that the hospital meals from DIPLOMAT caterers under the Vaad & CRC Hisachdus should not be used, as the wrapping opens when heated in the non kosher hospitals microwave/oven.

R' Yossi Eisen is not the problem.
He is held hostage to the shul rabbis, many of the them modern orthodox and some of them even in favor of women rabbis. Some of the shul rabbis appearing to be more "yeshivish" are frauds who will cover up anything on behalf of the OU. One of these two-faced phonies tells his kehilla and the larger 5 Towns public all the time that he consults with gedolei Eretz Yisroel but doesn't elaborate that he feeds the gedolim tailored "information" to arrive at a desired outcome (and who knows if what he repeats from the gedolim was actually what they said)
Despite having signed conditions forced on him by the shul rabbis to water down kashrus standards, R' Yossi Eisen does the best possible job under the circumstances to avert as much michshol as possible and be honest about the facts.
He is not like the other kashrus administrator in a neighboring area that jumps through hoops at every command of his modern orthodox masters and lies to cover up for their unspoken policy of breaking their own supposed kashrus regulations (to protect his paycheck no matter what)

Rabbi Eisen is a good talker (like the US president). But li'maaseh? just like the US president. The country is going to pot & the Vaad is also. It's becoming like some ohers we wouldn't mention.
Why are you only taking 5 Towns Vaad to task?

You shouldn't allow the items re: the 5 town vaad, as the adminisrtaor wears professors eye glasses, he looks very dignified.
If Talk is is the only thing you have, the glasses are very important. It's all about perception.

Out west in Chicago, there is a caterer that has a catering hall AND a restaurant that works side by side with tarfus. But because the owner is a big " macher " and his mashgiach is an unbelievable bal gaiva, ( he holds himself to be a posaik and a ruv ) he gets away with it.

B. T. W. you know who pays the bal gaiva mashgiach ? The caterer himself !!! It makes you think. If the mashgiach is a low life, what does it tell you about his level of kashrus. Stay away from Chicago.
