UPDATE: Why Bakeries are מהדר to be certified by Hisachdus CRC?

Hisachdus CRC;
Allows the use of the same oven for milchig & Parve without a supervised kashering in between.
The Utensils & the washing are without proper control.
They can operate under the wire on Shabbos Kodesh.
They can work at night without a yid in sight.
If they need a yid to light an oven, the goi can stay outside to see if a yid passes by.
Hafroshas Chala is upto the goi.
They can use raisins.
They can claim yoshon even though there are no system in place at all.
Hisachdus doesn't have quallified mashgichim checking the facilities on a regular basis.
They can use confectiones glaze, because Hisachdus has the importer change the ingredient label.
They may use OU oils & Margarine as long as it appears the CRC emblem (which indicates that a protection-fee was paid).
Hisachdus will disallow in their controlled facilities, any bakery that does not pay the protection money.
Mashgichim have to wait 6 months & more to get paid.
Too often the Mashgiach arrives when the production is finished or doesn't arrive at all, even by Peasch productions.
Some certified companies are asked for loans for the administrator personal use (chasunah, etc). They aren't sure if they'll ever see it, they are afraid to pressure for a return of their money.
You don't have to worry about getting caught, because Hisachdus does not allow any others to visit any of their facilities, NOW YOU KNOW WHY!

Let's see if KIC has the backbone to do anything about Hisachdus. They usually do nothing when it's heimishe who misbehave unless they are willingly mekabel to be held by the hand while being tutored by KIC on the ABCs of kashrus. KIC did crack down on Babad & Gornish but that was only to stop taking restaurants thrown out by other hashgochos, not to improve their own lacking standards.

Why is there only 1 store in Flatbush that does NOT accept CRC bakreries anymore?
There should be many many more?
