why others Don't use KLEIN's חמישה עשר platters at all

Did you see their raisins with hisachdus? Hisacxhdus says they don't give any Hashgocha on raisins.

Klein's Then goes and put on Debrecin hashgocha when ever they can't use Hisachdus.

Klein's also will play around with the list of ingredients. When there is an issue with an ingredient, e/g. Confectioners glaze, they just remove it from their listed ingredients.
