The Vaad of 5 towns

The Vaad of 5 towns does not respond to kashrus standards inquiries. When there are kashrus foul ups they don't respond either. Etc

Did you attend Motzei Shabbos shiur on Asmachto from Rabbi Avrohom Gutman? Why did Beis Din Mayshorim honor a Dayan from KCL to speak at their podium?
Apparently he has made peace with Arlington after writing a Siruv against Dovi Kahan 3 years ago.
Because that Siruv was only an Asmachto.

I got the runaround once from 5 Towns Vaad. The receptionist was bypassing Rabbi Eisen to go to a shul rabbi who started playing cop out. I think they tried to keep Rabbi Eisen out of it because they figured he would try to correct the problem which was at odds with their agenda.

The shul rabbi was such a spineless coward that he tried to volunteer me a consumer for the job of speaking to a store owner to correct a problem. The coward shul rabbi who never identified himself tried to downplay the problem when I asked why he couldn't grow a spine and say something himself.

To that OU mashgiach with the "King Joe" jokes, it's getting stale already, so find a new routine. And anyway he has no control over shul rabbis covering up. At least he doesn't lie to go along with it like his counterpart at the neighboring hashgocho.

Yudel.
You don't get it.
Hashgachas will talk to anyone except you. To them your just
"a hand full". (even if your right.
Its a lot easier not to deal with you.

The Chazon Ish holds it is mutter to be modiya that so called manhigim are not behaving properly because the public has a recht to know.

R' Shraga Feivel Mendlowitz goes a step further in a michtav published in 1923 to say there is doch a chiyuv to be mefarsem. That letter specifically mentions for rabbonim who pass off bad kashrus as acceptable.

What's the story with the Weberman giving hashgocho to Lakewood's Capitol Hotel?

The way things work in the 5 Towns is that no one should dare question the OU or the local shul rabbis who boss around R' Yosef Eisen, or else this is what happens:

Larry Gordon who owns the newspaper that all these orgs advertise in, puts in a phone call to his hit man Rabbi Aryeh Ginsberg who then writes a nasty attack piece on the front page against whoever dared to speak.

They do not even spare other rabbonim who don't dance to their music.

When the biggest talmidei chochomim in the 5 Towns refused to endorse the local Rubashkin assifah and Ginsberg was not able to bully them into changing their minds, they were attacked in Larry's paper.

Gutman Has To Speak on Maysharims platform Because Vaad Hadayonim Does not Exist any More No One Uses Finkels Beis Din anymore.

Once Knopfler Came on the Scene Gutman and Dovi Kahn Realised it is in Their Best Intrest to Get along because they need all the combined Power to stop Rabbi Knopfler from exposing their corruption

R' Shraga Feivel's michtav was published in the Zhurnal Licht in 1923 which is available and even scanned on the internet.

"Paulsy" wasn't born until decades later

But we all know which corrupt individuals want to belittle the importance of that michtav because of how that michtav makes them all the more so transparently corrupt.

For advice in todays generation you go to 'hakohean asher hoo bayom hazeh'. You don't 'krich' to letters printed for gernerations of 90 years ago. Its 'b'vaadai' taken out of context.
And if today's accepted gedolim don't appeal to you, there is always the church.

Ginsberg had nothing to do with the Rubashkin rally in the Five Towns. Abi geret

Ginsberg had everything to do with the Rubashkin assifa.

According to the article Ginsberg wrote that was given prime placement on the front page of Larry Gordon's newspaper, he called all the roshei yeshiva & rabbonim who refused to endorse it. He managed to twist the arm of some of them, at least to show their faces even they still refuse to sign.

For those who still refused to budge at all, the mechutzef Ginsberg who doesn't reach their ankles in learning lashed out & bashmutzed them. He also beat up on someone who wrote a letter to editor pointing out that every rov who refused to endorse the assifa is a boki baShas.

What really bugged Ginsberg and his comrades at the OU-Agudah-Yated is that the rabbonim were voicing that Rubashkin is a crook who made chilul Hashem which is contrary to the cover up baloney story being circulated by the so-called establishment.

I Was Told Vaad Hadayonim did Not even Bother Taking out an advertisement for their Beis Din This Year, in The Cheder Directory, it Basicaly closed down Due To Lack of Business.

There were also letters to the editor from modern orthodox readers who were asking a good kashya of why Rubashkin is getting all of Klal Yisroel's money when Gilad Shalit was pidyon shvuyim mamash biyedai rotzchim.

Even though Ginsberg's contrived terutz to them was shvach & contrived, it was fort much more polite than when he attacked the roshei yeshiva who took issue with Rubashkin's chilul Hashem.

Maybe Ginsberg didn't want to alienate the wealthy modern orthodox residents of the 5 Towns.

Another Shain critic who thinks he can ignore the Mishna of Derech Eretz kadma l'Torah.

What does that tell you about them?

end of quoted shtussim

R' Chaim Brisker correctly predicted back then that today's Agudah would be a bunch of "sekretaren" who don't listen to the real gedolim. The gedolei hador of today reside in Eretz Yisroel or there are some yechidim in America still who are not card-carrying Agudaniks.

The real gedolim say to protect kinderlach and not cover up for molesters.

But the Agudah joins forces with the Catholic Church to stop legislation in Albany that protects children because the Agudah's first priority is to protect their bank accounts. The Agudah follows the advice of their lawyers (orchei hadayanim as per Pirkei Avos). At the infamous meeting where the lawyers tendered this advice, Rav Pam ztl was moyche until he was red in the face that such a mehalech is keneged the Torah but he was ignored by the sekretaren.
