Following case: Chicago special Bais Din V Israeli Bais Din V Moetzes members (partial) How would each one rule?

Update: A short while back, a BMG Poisek residing on Kletzk Hill was disqualified by the Hanhalas hayeshiva and other Rabbonim. He was asked to remove himself from being a Poisek in Lakewood. He was also disqualified and asked to remove himself  from being on the Vaad Harabonim of West Gate Mikva, and not to say anymore his daily shiur in West Gate.

Recently he was allowed again to be a Poisek in Lakewood's Yeshiva and its surroundings, but remains permanently disqualified and may not pasken any "Noshim-shailos" or any "inyonei noshim".

Chicago special BD would interview victims, perpetrator, etc then rule (banned).

Israeli BD would not bother to interview the victims, only one that claims to falsely to represent some victims, try to protect the institution, ignore the victims and rule everyone is safe.

Moetzes (partial)-would not interview any of the victims, claim some change (Obama style) is taking place, protect the institution.

By the way, what the ....is going on in lakewood? ihr hatorah

Chicago BD, Israel BD & Moetzes all just ruled (differently) on a similar case.

Is this Rabbi R from kletzk hill Dr?

R Yudel, I can confirm he is 100% out of psak as far as BMG is concerned. He is only allowed to learn in the Beis medrash as a private citizen.

The Yeshiva still has him listed by the sign "yeshiva Poskim" and the times and location.

Fantastic summary. Everyone but the loony Eidensohn brothers and a few of his followers hold otherwise.

Chicago BD would not get involved there maybe a conflict of interest.

Unfortunately there are limited options of botei din in Lakewood that have no negius to the establishment. Very hard to have a fair trial.
