WINE & GRAPE JUICE, SOME KASHRUS CONCERNS

GRAPE JUICE COMMONLY HAS CONCENTRATE ADDED TO IT FOR COLOR, BRIX ETC. THE SOURCE IS NOT ALWAY S WHAT EVERYONE WOULD FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH E.G. South AMERICA, ARGENTINA . THE HASHGOCHA THERE IS AT TIMES A REAL "BI'DE'EVED".

WINES MADE ALL OVER THE WORLD WITH HETEIREM, E.G. KASHERING, SHOMRE-SHABBOS EMPLOYEES, PASTUREIZING TEMPERATURES ETC.

MUST FOR PESACH THAT WAS REALY PASTUREIZED UNBEKNOW TO THE "TZIBUR".

WINE BARELLS MANUFACTURED IN COMPANIES THAT UTILIZE CHOMETZ "WHEAT-PASTE" TO SEAL THE TOP & BOTTOM OF THE BARRELS, WITH NO HASHGOCHA AT ALL.

WHO'S RUNNING THE KASHRUS AT THE CALIFORNIA OPERATION? Would I rely on him for kashrus? (not realy)

ASK THE RABONIM ABOUT THE WINES YOU USE! YOU MIGHT BE SURPRISED.
YOU DON'T HAVE TOO MANY OPTIONS, AS THERE AREN'T THAT MANY WINE COMPANIES AROUND.

WE CHECKED AND "CARMEL-WINES" HAS NONE OF THE ABOVE CONCERNS.

fOR SOME REASON IN iSRAEL cARMEL HAS R' RUBIN AND HERE IT HAS CHUG IS IT THE SAME AND WHY
