For our Sephardik Community, re: Bet Yosef- SBD, is not to be relied upon for Sephardim

1- The "Shai'yish" standard is a scam, and the kosher consumer is being "Sketched".

2- The "discerning" Sephardik kosher consumer may not be satisfied with the SBD standrads of Bet Yosef. (According to what I was taught by Rav Mochpud and others)

Solomon's Bet Yosef would be a reliable choice for the discerning Sephardik consumer.

3- The recommended stores in Lakewood would be Evergreens Supermarket, Food-ex (Note: not their chop meat).

We would appreciate if you can provide us with some details regarding SBD.

We fully understand if at this time you have reasons not to go into detail.

Thanks for having an expert looking out for the Sephardik Community.

Meat under Rabbi Sevilla sold in Pomogranite, is that a higher BetYosef standard than SBD?

Is a much higher standard than SBD, but it's not Shai'yish er se

Sha-yish m'ayin

Our token SY askan at the Agudah, R' Eddie Betesh, will have to raise this issue at the next Zolel Vesovaya Convention

Do you mean yarchai kallah zoilel vSoivay as in Dirshu zoilel vSoivay events or the convention as in korvainee zoilel vesouvay event??
Or maybe just stam zoilel vSoivay events as in toismayhoo bbq fress events?

Just because there ain’t no free fress at a chizuk get together does not make it zoilel vesoivay convention.
If it was so the the Adiray Torah was also a zoilel vesoivay convention. AND if you, CCRC were there that was a new kind of pre packaged free fress.

The are sefardim and there are sefardim
Just like the are ashkenazim and ashkenazim such Hungarians and poilesheh and yekkkishe and litvesheh.
All of them have traditions and Mesorah with variations thus, you can’t croissant off one sefardim standard because there other sefardi Rabbi has a different Mesorah.

All types of Sephardim that adhere to the Authentic Sepahrdi Minhagim can't count SBD as satisfying any Sephardi Minhagim.

There are some that have a watered down version of their authentic Minhagim, others justify to themselves their watered down version by fulfilling their Kesubah obligations of "supporting the family".

So who in the ashkenazik community has the watered down minhagim?
The chasidim or the litvesheh?
The Hungarians or the poilisheh?
The marmarasheh or the checkesheh ?
The yekkies or the yeshivusheh?
The Briskeh or the Mirrehs?

"The marmarasheh or the checkesheh"

A case of 'don't know much about geography'

The Eenterlanders usually only admit to 1 of 3 of the following classifications:

Marmorosh, oder Budapesht, oder "the border" (when they are wannabes who want to appear as though they are higher class Yekkishe Oyberlanders)

Still looking for the watered down ashkenazim

When sefer Shroshei Minhag Ashkenaz was published & said that the Taimanisher lost their mesorah for tekios but then got it back, a sharfeh talmid of R' Berel responded: "Feh! I would be quicker to believe it if he wrote that a yeshiva from der alter Lita supposedly had such a problem."

Here we go again.

The OU mashgiach in Queens hates it when R' Yudel shines some light on corrupt establishment practices, so he jumps in attempting to confuse the issue with his dozen silly abstract questions, which in this instance have nothing to do with Sfardim, the issue at hand.

And it was another opportunity to chapp arein in how he loves to hear himself say "Briskeh", instead of Brisker. You could be talking about Falashas but he will areingeshlep Brisk abee he can laugh at his own corny mispronounciation.

Where do the Briskers currently buy their fleish? They are makpid on the real Beis Yosef Glatt. For many years there was a butcher on Ave P advertising that he caters to Sfardim & Briskers.

First and foremost they should learn from Reb Yudel what is Bais Yosef V. What others call Bais Yosef. It is not a standard that identifies a Frumie, etc.

Bais Yosef is a very misused word, now they are trying another rip-off called "Shai'yish".

...advertising that he caters to Sfardim & Briskers...

He did cater to both but the Briskeh didnt eat.

If begun was the meshugehneh you can imagine where this “Shrfeh Talmid” would be in the Real Briskeh ratings
