ReplyDeleteRabbi Siemiatycki is one of the biggest poskim in lakewood. Half the schools ask him their shailos. Most of the Rabonim know him personally from dealing with their shuls problems. A list of organizations relying on him would be a phone book
ReplyDeleteSo, but he's far from niki chapaiyim. Many, litigants have a mouthful on him, not because they lost, but it listening to the cold facts raises too many red flags that he's not what an honest Dayan should be. This is the conclussusion of numerous rabbonim, dayonim, business people, etc.

ReplyDeleteThere are no gedolim who disqualified the Vaad. All those paslers are from unheard of (hopefully) poskim who have no reputation of knowing anything about dayanus. All the local intown rabbonim support the Bais havaad.

DeleteIt’s out of town rabbanim who never heard the other side other then from the rabble rousers vs in town rabbonim who very well what’s going on locally without the rabble rousers.
If anyone can pasken a choshen mishpot question without hearing the other side directly from the opposing party, he has no shaiches to being on a choshen mishpat Bais din.

ReplyDeleteAll of the Rabonim were taken in by the idea without even scrutinizing all of the people behind it. It's not niki chapayim when the main one built a fully all upgrade house and shafted the vendors. Does he intend to use the Niki chapayim funds for it?
