ALERT: BMG is serving AGRI meat & Poultry in the yeshiva. (bishul yisroel bais yosef, of course)On a similar situation Reb Moshe, Z"L said to tell the Rosh Yeshiva, such a product even if it's a "hefsid merubah" should not be served to Yeshiva Bochurim and Yungerleit.
Reb Moshe, Z"L sent a message to Reb Shnuer, Z"L not to use Empire poultry. "dus geht min nisht tzu yeshiva leit".
Alle poultry is actually an Empire product, and the oilum does not want it.
Is Hershey Friedman's Bais Yosef the real thing or another fraud like the previous Agri provided?

ReplyDeleteIts like those Satmar and neturai Karteh fenced in kanooim who only quote letters from gedolim written and published eons ago to address specific situations and they apply it all kind of shtusim to fit their agenda.

If its true that BMG switched Beef & Poultry suppliers (and No one else except you believe that) YOU are at fault. Its YOUR client and 'the buck stops' at YOUR doorstep.
No nos, buts or ifs.
Are the issues at agri the same as before, or are there a different set of issues?

Rav chaim stein ztl, rosh yeshiva telz clevland went himself in the 80's to the empire plant when it was still in the old plant because there were rumors flying around about its level of kashrus. He came back with an excellent report and he even ate it in his own house.

In the early '80s there was a chabura in Telz grepsing that Empire iz nisht kusher so the yeshiva accommodated them with a different shechita in a dedicated pot.
Those grepsers were mostly frumocks who came to telz from boro park and monsey.maybe 10 guys. Rav chaim was very upset about those chevra but he had no choice for fear of losing bachurim.the yeshiva at that time was shrinking rapidly.
