Did you talk to pomegranate before you posted this class A Loshon Horah?? Did they ignore you so that gave you the right to be over a avairah doiraisah ?? Is rabbi Shternbuch mayor this kind of Loshon horah?? Why did you let it get published here ??? Is this also a mitzvah Loshon horah??? Do you sleep at night comfortably knowing that you owe pomegranate a public apology ???
Most Rishonim & Achronim do not asser repeating a government enforcement action that was already made public. Being dan lekaf zechus is a different issue. But there is less room for kaf zechus here as Pomegranate was sanctioned for not having a license to manufacture. Either they have a license or not which is verifiable. And because pictures were taken of unsafe, illegally packaged items. Maybe you can klerr if the State officer overcounted how many bugs & pieces of rodent doodoo were contaminating the food production.
Too bad for the Pom People Feinschmecker crowd that they've been paying top dollar for bottom barrel standard.
Hey 10 pm last night, did YOU ever say anything negative about someone without talking to them first????????????
You must know that we all know the answer to that which makes you a HYPOCRITE & in a BIG WAY! Unlike other guilty parties, YOU will most likely never apologize.
'You Know Who' might even hate Pomegranate. But he hates R' Yudel more so memeilah he jumps in to lecture everyone with this "Holier" Than Thou nonsense that the incident's mention is somehow treif even though the facts of michshol rabim are verified. Sounds more like the FF account (over the limit) at Lefferts than Coney Island Ave.
Another day of "fulfilment" in the life of a krummeh mashgiach "working" for that big national hashgocho. Er huht sipuk fun ess. He can never let an opportunity to disrupt Yudelstake with his waste go to waste!
Newday Supermarket, formerly a division of Evergreen, has a 'great solution' for consumers. Instead of dedicating checkout lines for Pesach like everyone else does, they expect you to complain that the conveyor belt has chumetz residue. Then they pull out a flattened box to put on top of the conveyor. Except that the Mexican arbetters indiscriminately place this "mechitza" any which way so that a side of the box that had chumetz stuck to it from a previous customer is now flipped over to contaminate your Pesachdik groceries.
No Newday customer is buying anything pesachdik for pesach itself. They are all in Orlando and ordered the entire pesach from the local caterers which are all good since Yudel had nothing bad to say about them.
Vos redtstu shtussim? Of course most Newday Monsey customers are not living it up in Orlando. The chometz system might have been shtelled aveck lichvoid Chaim Schwartz, the YSV boy now at Queens Vaad who grew up around the corner from Newday. And check out Ami mag this Pesach for a self-promotion piece on YSV’s memalei makom for Moish Finkel, YSV El Presidente Sruly Orzel, who admits he was a major part of the YSV apparatus, on the “elected” Board of Dictators since 1986 - which means he was part of the Finkel cover up!
Care to explain the issue?
ReplyDeleteTell me more. Please. I've been trying to get more info on this...
ReplyDeleteIs Rabbi Hatchuel & his SBD still farkoifing the chazirei from Rubashkin / Hershey Friedman?
ReplyDeleteIf you need more info after Reb Yudel says NO get off this site permanently.
ReplyDeleteYou don't get who Reb Yudel is and what connections hes got.
GOOD BYE.
Yudel is not a straight shooter. First he says OU meat is acceptable then he says AGRI and SBD (both under OU) are not.

ReplyDeleteR' Yudel said shelf products. Excuse the pun but fleish is a whole different animal.

ReplyDelete5:53 does not even qualify for the Ainu yodeah lishol. With his shtusim he keeps regurgitating on YSV.
