Rav Moshe Neuschloss told Rav Unger, Skver Hashgocha. 

"Never to have Skver Hashgocha together with Star-k, as it gives credibility to an unacceptable Hashgocha".

It seems that Kedasia made a serious error when they allowed the Minchas Chinuch Tartikuv Hashgocha on their Matzos.

Don't think of relying on Minchas Chinuch for any Kashrus. including for Pesach items.
