Traffic tickets in Rockland are easily convertible to parking tickets because the money hungry villages don’t want to split the money with the State which is not required for parking violations. Is it true that NJ has a Statewide law preventing a moving violation ticket from being plea bargained all the way down to a parking ticket?

ReplyDeleteDon't know if it is a law, but it's definitely a policy, that a moving violation can only be reduced to a (different) moving violation
ReplyDeleteNY DMV doesn't give points for most types of convictions on NJ roads. Is there a way to stop insurance from finding out about it?
