Update: I'm told that as of yesterday, the agunah of 17 years was freed after the intervention of Rabbi Eli Mansour & the askan Mr. Harry Adjmi. Not clear if the agunah had to pay blackmail or if Hafif wants to look better in front of the Court during his upcoming trial for strangling the 2nd agunah & striking one of his own kids.
