This is clearly not a lettuce bug. Would you say they are not reliable? How were they negligent if this fell in afterwards? Couldn't this happen even if you had the best mashgiach?

(At least 98 times out of 100 when you see someone writing in Yudelstake comments to cast doubt on a scandal, it is the OU mashgiach in Queens. This is his sipuk. He lives to shlog up R' Yudel despite never being successful to that end. And when the naysayer writes multiple questions in the row, it is that OU mashgiach at least 999,999 times out of 1,000,000)

The bug is still in the lettuce, and if packaged as such is a big problem, As north as you want to go to eat free or not
