Update: Alert- Tarnipol Hashgochas-

Women that are interested in learning "checking for insects" perhaps can learn from Rebbetzin Felder.

It's claimed that Rav Felder only relies on his Rebetzins' checking, not on any of the commercially produced products.

VHQ Queens Vaad De Ja Vu [Hashgocha endorsed by AKO]

 Shalom Rabbi Shain, I read your article and I have more information;

Alert: Queens Yeshiva Dinners took place this year in Vaad of Queens Hall.

One consumer walked into a VHQ hall during an event. He said this hall has two kitchens, one treif and one kosher.

In front of the non-kosher kitchen door is a sign with all red paint indicating the non-kosher kitchen.

In front of the kosher kitchen door is a sign with all blue paint indicating kosher kitchen.

So, all the equipment and cutlery with red paint marking is treif. And all the equipment and cutlery with blue paint are kosher.

The consumer entered the kosher blue paint kitchen and saw red paint mixtures.

"Yismach Transforms the Shidduchim Landscape through Advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technology"

Initiating a New Era of Shidduchim with AI-Driven Recommendations For some individuals, the shidduchim experience is blissful, finding their significant other promptly with minimal fuss. For others, the journey to marital bliss proves more complicated, a litany of unsuccessful dates that leaves them feeling responsible or, even worse, fundamentally flawed. Traditional matchmaking methods, often reliant on friends or acquaintances, frequently result in disappointing outcomes.

The complexities of matchmaking were eloquently articulated by Rav Aharon Yehuda Leib Shteinman zt”l in his interaction with a young man unwilling to proceed with a match due to a visible physical disability. Despite societal pressure, Rav Shteinman asserted the importance of personal comfort and compatibility in shidduchim, underlining the reality that not all well-meaning matchmakers truly understand the unique desires and requirements of those they are trying to assist.

Yismach, a globally recognized shidduch organization with a decade-long track record of successful match-making, is cognizant of the challenges many face in pursuing a suitable life partner. In line with their mission to facilitate successful matches, Yismach is now harnessing the power of advanced artificial intelligence (AI) to tackle these obstacles.

The latest innovation from Yismach results from an unparalleled combination of technology and human acumen. This involves integrating avant-garde AI technology, devised with AI specialists and psychology scholars, to aid matchmakers in generating more precise and fitting recommendations.

The strength of AI technology lies in its ability to identify and highlight the most compatible matches based on a user's profile, biography, and preferences. "The fusion of AI capabilities with matchmaker wisdom and in-depth insights from decades of social psychology research has enabled us to make this ground-breaking advancement," shared Dr. Shmuel Neumann. "This unique collaboration sets our approach apart, allowing us to address the complexities of the shidduch process innovatively."

Before deploying this AI technology, it underwent rigorous testing. A recent pilot of this revolutionary technology resulted in Yismach disseminating over 400 suggestions, with an overwhelmingly positive response. An impressive 30% of recipients expressed interest in meeting the AI-recommended match, while another 20% had previously dated the suggested match and were amazed by the technology's accuracy. A further 20% showed interest and considered further interaction with the proposed match. This 20% rejection rate is strikingly lower than conventional matchmaker-generated recommendations, which typically see a rejection rate of 90%.

Dr. Neumann, the administrator of Yismach, added, "Our objective has always been to make the shidduch process more efficient and less distressing. With AI, we can now provide matchmakers with more accurate data [...]

Vaad Harabonim of Queens (Rabbi Chaim Schwartz) is an upstanding member of AKO

A Buchrain Rabbi caught VHQ restaurant serving Treiff meat. And mashgiach wasn’t fired for his negligence, and the VHQ didn’t publicly admit to their mistake.

I don't think there is a mention that consumers should Kasher their dishes if they purchased food from that restaurant.

Why do VHQ queens get a free pass???

This is the video

VHQ confirmed that it was Treif. And they dropped the place without any explanation to the public. This was 8 months ago.

The strengths of "Out Of Town Kollelim" V Lakewood's "BMG", according to Rav Shach, Z"L

 Rav Shach's outlook!

Rav Shach was asked whether Yungerleit should go to an out-of-Town kolel or remain in Lakewood with a much larger group learning in the Bais Medrash Govoha’ s kolel.

Rav Shach's clear opinion was, that a yungerman can shteig the most by going to an out-of-town kolel within three to four months after their wedding. Some of the reasoning was that by remaining in Lakewood, they must attend various Simchas from both sides, visit the in-laws on a pretty steady basis, and the in-laws or other family members exchange Shabbos etc. , it does take away a considerable amount of time from learning. The Masmid will always outdo all others in success in shteiging and learning. Also, not getting enough rest is an area of concern.

Rav Shach said that going toan out of town Kolel, Is incredibly beneficial for Sholom Bayis overall.

Out of Town kolel, one would have to be on time for Davening, and all Sedorim must be attended. In an out-of-Town kolel, each looks for the other to get them comfortably acclimated, the wives get friends much faster, etc. In addition, the wives will be able to get jobs as teachers in the local schools, which will impact the curriculum and the children learning in the schools.

Eventually, some of the yungerleit will become Rebbeim in the Schools, giving a different "Ruach" to the Schools.

The amount of time spent learning will be much more productive in an an-out-of-Town kolel. Rav Shach said it would save the Yah'hadus of America by having so many out-of-Town-Kolelim.

Rav Shach said that certain Gevirim, Roshei Yeshiva, etc. would insist that their children should remain in Lakewood and eventually become Roshei Chaburah, get a position as a Rosh Yeshiva, etc., so there has to be Roshei Yeshiva that will be able to make those decisions for the benefit of the yungerleit and the Yeshiva.

Next step, we spoke to some of the older Talmidim of Reb Ahron Kotler, who already had their own Yeshiva, to talk to the Lakewood Roshei Yeshiva to implement the program. They tried talking to them but were unsuccessful in convincing them of the program's benefits.

For the record, It's claimed that All "SIDS" cases R"L, were within 72 hours of receiving some sort of immunization shot.

Vaccines cause SIDS

Even the CDC admits that vaccines can cause serious brain injury and death. Is it any surprise that vaccines can cause sudden infant deaths too?

JUN 18

Watchdog bans 'distressing' antivax advert on Facebook
Coincidence? No single case can PROVE causality. It’s the sheer number of these results and the statistical odds ratios that make the case, plus biological plausibility.

Executive summary

In this article, I’ll present just a few simple examples that demonstrate that vaccines cause autism. If vaccines don’t cause autism, these data points are hard to explain away. And note that “they” never show you their data points measuring the same thing that show an opposite result!!

Stop or delay vaccination —> SIDS decreases dramatically

If you stop vaccinating, or simply delay when vaccines are given to kids, the rate of SIDS goes down. See this article.

CDC paper admits that vaccines can cause brain damage and death

See this section in my previous Substack article for the CDC study and be sure to read all the highlighted sections in this excellent Substack article about the CDC paper.

It basically says the vaccine led to brain inflammation which then led either to permanent brain injury or death.

Get it?

Thus, we meet the “biological plausibility” condition in the Bradford Hill criteria with this paper.

But we didn’t even need that. The fact that people are hard to kill and that injecting a foreign substance directly into your body (bypassing your normal protection mechanisms) could kill you isn’t much of a stretch for most people.

SIDS is much more likely to happen right after vaccination

SIDS seems to happen more often after vaccination, especially if more vaccines are given such as in the example at the start of the article.

My previous article about SIDS

Read the comments in my previous article which talks about SIDS.

My survey results of parents of kids who died from SIDS confirm it was MUCH more likely to happen after a shot than before a shot

Here is my survey.

Here are the results. It is most interesting to read the Notes section written by the parents. I have the contact information for all the parents who responded. There was one gamed entry which I deleted.

I wish someone would replicate this survey, but nobody seems to be interested in doing that. They all want to tell me that my survey is bad, but nobody wants to show the CORRECT results. The lack of interest in doing the “correct” survey tells you everything you need to know, doesn’t it?

The results of my survey show the odds of getting SIDS a month before the shot vs. a month after a shot are 2:32 or 1:16.

If the vaccines aren’t elevating the risk of SIDS, how do you explain this HUGE discrepancy?

Excellent Substack article from AMD on SIDS

See this excellent Substack article written by AMD if you are still in doubt. This article convinced Dr. Pierre Kory he was wrong and that vaccines cause SIDS.

New paper

Probably zero Amish babies have ever died of SIDS

I couldn’t find any SIDS in unvaccinated Amish kids either. Has anyone else?

Causality

The Bradford Hill criteria is widely recognized for establishing causality.

If all 5 Bradford Hill criteria are satisfied, you have causality.

We have causality as you can see from the evidence discussed in this article.

What do you think?

POLL
Do vaccines cause SIDS?
Yes
No
Not sure

If you think vaccines aren’t a leading cause of SIDS, please tell us why in the comments!

Summary

The evidence I’m aware of shows unambiguously that vaccines cause SIDS.

Your interpretation may vary.

A creative solution-

(Update on today's Bais Dins.)

Have one of the עדי קידושין be R' Sholom Kamenetsky future Member of Moetzes an active member of a Bais-Din or R' Dovid Markin et al, as they are non-acceptable עדים and we can make a ביטול קדו'שין.

Ask R' Sholom Kamenetsky how it works.

another UPDATE: Camps (Bnos) is not safe for girls- watch the new video הכזונה יעשו אחותינו?ת

The attributes of Camp Aguda; see the following ; https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/fbem/DocumentDisplayServlet?documentId=B/LKfwohW4GEDUKmYnprTA==&system=prod

Another confirmed horific episode at the camp?

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=viiMrvi0iyk&feature=youtu.be
הכזונה יעשו אחותינו?
- URGENT NEED TO KEEP OUR BNOS YISROEL SAFE
Dear Rabbis, parents and Leaders,
We assume you were not notified of the horrific event which took place at Camp Bnos (Agudas Yisroel) this past summer. It is important for you, as a leader, to be made aware that a camper was raped on the girls’ campus. She was left unsupervised and taken advantage of in the worst possible way. There were 2 boys involved.
AS OF LAST SUMMER. CAMP BNOS IS A MAKOM SAKANA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Originally, Mr. Meir Frischman admitted it happened, he has since changed his tune (obviously he has since received direction and advice from perhaps the Agudah directors, Rabbonim or Attorneys) and now denies all allegations and has completely removed himself from any & all responsibilities surrounding this situation. He has gone so far as to deny it, and refer to the RAPE as a "rumor".
The police were notified, and Mr. Frischman did NOT have them speak with more than a few people from the camp. Directors who have been in the camp for literally decades were not notified until they returned home after camp was over.

From An Insider: Meanwhile, a simple observation.  We are both familiar with defense mechanisms.  I make observations all the time of new mechanisms that are just that, but masquerade as something else.  The Agudah position, which we know to be fundamentally flawed, is not really a policy at all.  It is a simple effort to cover-up the cover-ups.  They cannot do different, because that would be self-incrimination.

Update-Due to the questionable kashrus standards in camps, every camp should be under a recognized reliable Hashgocha?

Just in-A gangster running a certain Bais Yaakov revoked a girl's acceptance after the father asked about the kashrus in the kitchen.

Did you inquire as to your childs camp Kashrus standard?
Is it acceptable?

Are there written policies for the acceptable hashgochas?
If yes?, obtain a copy.

What should I ask?
1- Who is in charge? Who sets the standards?
Any shailos that arise, who is the final Rabbinical authority?

Is there a Qualified Mashgiach in Charge?

2- Are the using "exclusively" pre-checked vegetables?
If yes?, who's vegetables? not most of them, but all brands that are being used!
If no?, Who is checking them?, is he trained? if yes? by whom?
Is it only being rinsed?

3- How about fruit? e.g. strawberries, blueberries, raspberries? What is the standard being utilized?

4- Bishul Yisroel issues- Convection ovens, steam kettles, etc.
Is bishul-yisroel for sfardim being addressed?
Is a shomer shabbos present in the kitchen at all times? [flames, ovens, etc]

5- Is yoshon, cholov yisroel, pas yisroel being strictly observed?
Hafroshs Chalah- who is responsible?

6- Who is responsible to check "all" deliveries coming in for compliance to the standards established?

7- Is there a properly trained experienced Mashgiach in the kitchen at all times?

8- Is the kitchen locked at night, Friday afternoon, etc? Who are all that have the keys?

9- Are the separate areas for dairy, meat, parve, etc? including sinks, etc?

10- Are all pots, utensils, etc clearly marked for dairy, meat, parve,?

11- Who is responsible for everything requiring seals?

12- ETC.?

Self explanatory

 BS"D

June 7, '23 / 18 Sivan 5783

My brief meeting tonight with HoRav Dov Landau Shlita in Monsey:

Tonight, I arrived about 10 minutes early to my June 6th, 11 pm appointment to speak with the Rosh Yeshiva at the home of R' Shimmy Glick, next-door to Bais Mikrah in Monsey.

I opened by introducing myself, as a grandson of Rav Ze'ev Wolf Leiter (whom, of course he knew as a prolific Boki), and as someone involved in researching the Halachos of Avoda Zorah (New Age-related) issues relevant nowadays. (The Rosh Yeshiva expressed interest, looking at the Sefer about new-age holistic infiltrations pictured below.) I then stated the following:

Although I (B"H) have my own children, I am NOT asking for a brocho for them -- but rather for all of the girls - mostly mesorati (""not frum"") - sitting in Keleh 10 over their refusal to be drafted.

The gabbai (apparently an Israeli) who was serving as a translator of sorts (even though my Ivrit is more than sufficient) asked me, "which jail?" and "Where?" -- acting as if he had no idea what I was talking about -- or where the new Israeli military prison is even located.

The gabbainot the Rosh Yeshiva, quickly asked me for my "next" question, which was regarding to'aiva (LGBT) issues, to which said gabbai was even curter, responding that I should discuss those issues with the Rosh Yeshiva in Eretz Yisroel, not here.  Again, this undiplomatic brush-off was from the gabbainot the Rosh Yeshiva. Nor did I notice any indication from the Rosh Yeshiva that he was in agreement with the treatment. The gabbai was seemingly acting on his own.

P.S.  This meeting occurred very shortly after a local Rosh Yeshiva (whom I know personally), who similarly had an 11 pm appointment (who arrived perhaps 5-10 minutes after I did) spent a generous amount of time, apparently well over 10 minutes, with the Rosh Yeshiva. I have no objection to that.

What's hard to grasp here  is why To'aiva and Giyus Banos, both of which involve institutionalized arayos and Chillul HaShem of epic proportions, fail to evoke interest by those who are shielding the Ziknei Rabbonim from such uncomfortable facts rather than conveying them.  What could be so unimportant about those topics that mere discussion is to be shoved off the table like that?

WHY PUTTING YOUR HOME IN A TRUST IS THE SMART THING TO DO

WHY PUTTING YOUR HOME IN A TRUST IS THE SMART THING TO DO-By Monet Binder, Esq.

www.mbinderlaw.com

If you are like many homeowners, your home is likely your family’s most valuable and treasured asset. You want to plan wisely to ensure your home will pass to your heirs most efficiently and safely as possible.

Proper estate planning is as much a part of responsible homeownership as having homeowners’ insurance or maintaining your home’s roof well. When it comes to including your home in your estate plan, while you have different planning options to choose from for various reasons, putting your home in a Trust is often the smartest and most beneficial choice.

What Is A Trust? In simplest terms, a Trust is an agreement between the “Grantor” (the person who puts assets into the trust) and the “Trustee” (the person who agrees to hold and manage those Trust assets) for the benefit of the “Beneficiary” (the person(s) who receive what comes out of the Trust).

Types of Trusts-While numerous types of Trusts are available, when it comes to passing your home to your heirs, the two most commonly used Trusts are a Revocable Living Trust and an Irrevocable Trust.

Revocable Living Trust-When the Trust is a Revocable Living Trust; this agreement is typically made between you as the Grantor and you as the Trustee for the benefit of you as the beneficiary. The reason to agree with yourself, to hold title to assets for yourself, for the benefit of yourself is because you’re removing those assets from the jurisdiction of the court in the event you lose capacity or pass away.

You’re in control while you’re alive and well, then you give the power over Trust assets to your successor Trustee to handle without government or court intervention. Instead of public court procedures that would be necessary without Trust planning, with good Trust planning, you can keep it all totally private, and easily and efficiently manage and distribute assets. This saves your family significant time, money, and aggravation.

Irrevocable Trust-Unlike a Revocable Living Trust, an Irrevocable Trust is (as the name implies), irrevocable. This means that the terms of the Trust cannot be changed, and the Trust cannot be terminated once it’s been properly signed. When you transfer assets into an Irrevocable Trust, you relinquish all ownership of the assets, and the Trustee you have named takes total control of the assets transferred into the name of the Trust. Because you no longer own the assets held by the Trust, those assets are no longer considered part of your estate, and they eventually will not be vulnerable to creditors (for instance, Medicaid is a creditor) or lawsuits, as long as the Trust is properly constructed.

For a trust to function properly, listing the assets you want the Trust to hold is not enough. When you create your Trust, you must also transfer the legal title of your home and any other assets you want to be held by the Trust from your name into the name of the Trust. Retitling assets in this manner is known as “funding” your Trust.

DANGER ALERT!

Any fruit or vegetable that has this emblem should "NOT" be consumed, it will add certain genes into your body. Bill Gates is behind it.
