Matzav.com has received an advisory from the Va’ad HaKashrus of the Five Towns and Far Rockaway, which is guided by Rav Yosef Eisen, claims to be an expert in insect infestation. (Factually, he isn't an expert in infestation)
The Vaad advises that there is a report of very high infestation in fresh red cabbage. Small white insects can only be detected if the cabbage is opened on top of a light box. This is extremely tedious and impractical.

Do they have a mashgiach temidei, the one I saw who claimed to be the Mashgiach temedei looked like a Am Ha’aretz and a Shaygetz with a Pepsi Yamalka. When I spoke with the KCL, the guy who answered the phone realized I had a point, and I told him there are serious Kashruth violations in the KCL when a restaurant does not have hashgochoh temedis. He did not answer when I asked him how often does the KCL administrators make unannounced check ups at this establishment.

During the time I was there, one and a half hours,, no Jew/yid stepped foot in the kitchen and goor heimisher and chassidische yidden went there and ate. There was a large function in the back hall of this place. A simcha and who is asking questions? What a Shanda and scandel.

Who does bedikas Toylay’im at this establishment? Suggest people should be more vigilant when frequenting “Kosher” establishments who don’t have any standards for hashgochoh. May tghe KCl who I understand now, has no standards and is totally hefker.

KCL-CATERING STANDARDS QUESTIONED?

Catering Standards Questioned? Invited to an affair under the supervision of a Lakewood's yeshiva [ KCL] established  “Hashgocha” , but which was being held in a non-kosher facility, we went into the kitchen to look around and to compare notes with the Mashgiach. we were not prepared for what we found.

More disappointing was it to learn that the “Rabbonim” who certified the  [KCL]  never visited any of their certified establishments. The affair under their certification which was being held in a non-kosher facility.

KASHRUS recently discovered a number of such organizations where the “Rabbonim” themselves have never seen the operation which they certify, but instead rely totally on the head “Mashgiach” or on their Kashrus Administrator to make all “halachic” decisions.

This letter, basically unchanged, was mailed to all of the “Rabbonim” in the Lakewood  KCL kashrus organization. As of our printing we have not received any reply.

Advice on Responding to a Restraining Order

Unfortunately many women are receiving bad advice from therapists, attorneys and Pseudo Rabbonim who know nothing about Halachah. Their only interest is to pander their client and keep them satisfied. They will never advise their client to do the proper thing according to Halacha, when the client will not be happy with this advice. 
               The result has been a large increase in the issuance of RO’s to Yeshiva Leit. The proper response is to go to Bais Din and request that they commence proceedings to render the sender of the RO a מורדת. If the Bais Din sees that there is no justification for the RO and the issuer does not retract they will commence with the proceedings. The details of what Bais Din has to do are described in Even HaEzer Siman 77. 

As more women get declared a מורדת the reputation of the advisors will deteriorate since we can now quantify that they are giving bad advice and it is producing negative consequences to their clients.

A second benefit is that after the proceedings are finalized there are financial advantages such as no KESUBAH (see Siman 77 for more details)

A third benefit is after 12 months you can give a GET on your terms, and remarry according to most Poskim without a HETER MEIOH RABBONUM if she refuses to accept the GET (see Siman 77 for more details).

A fourth benefit is public relations “He left her because she was a מורדת sounds better than “she threw him out”.

I hope and encourage anyone who has received a RO to go forward with this advice and may הקב"ה give you ס"ד to end these issues with Shalom.

Its a Hefker velt, thats exactly how to describe what goes on when dealing with the sensitive issue of shalom bayis and  R'L divorce. There is no responsible system set up, no trusted agency al pi Torah and halacha.

Subject: Plan for the "Les Feyder" Plant in Uruguay

Due to the unique high speed of slaughter and inspection at the "Les Feyder" plant, which operates at approximately 120 to 140 animals per hour, a request has been made to establish a program that adheres to the stringent standards of rabbinical kosher supervision while accommodating this high speed.

At the committee’s request, I have formulated two possible plans, with the second being preferred according to kosher standards:

1. Approved speed up to 120 animals per hour.
2. Five knife inspectors with the following roles:
• Two slaughterers alternating, each slaughtering one animal per minute, including washing and preparing knives for the next slaughter.
• Two simultaneous slaughterers.
• One additional knife inspector to support and handle knives that need adjustments.
• The inspectors must remain in the slaughter area throughout the entire process, except during factory breaks.
3. Two internal inspectors checking alternately, each inspecting their designated color-coded animals.
4. Two external inspectors working simultaneously, each focusing on their color-coded animals.
5. The team leader will replace the external inspectors every 40 minutes.

Important Note: This plan can only be executed if all team members adhere strictly to the outlined procedures. If not followed precisely, significant kosher issues could arise. Based on past experience, it has been proven that the speed of slaughter and inspection can reach up to 140 animals per hour in this plant.

To avoid problems and ensure proper adherence to kosher standards, I suggest the plant operate with six slaughterers divided into two teams of three each. Each team should consist of two slaughterers and one knife inspector, with an additional inspector for marking and handling non-kosher or kosher animals.

Additional Notes:

1. There must be a supervisor present in the room where heads, tongues, and cheeks are processed, ensuring proper preparation and sealing of the boxes for transfer.
2. Past infractions have shown that soaking and salting times were not adhered to properly. It is essential to ensure these processes meet the required durations.
3. The water temperature for soaking must not drop below 7°C.
4. Due to morning slaughter by American teams, the plant must prioritize the Rabanut’s kosher certification process, ensuring thorough cleaning before Rabanut kosher beef use. In order to avoid cross-contamination of the American beef with the Rabanut’s beef.
5. The plant is equipped with security cameras; it is advised that the rabbinical team should have access to these cameras to monitor all workstations.
6. The plant must send an official letter, signed by a notary, committing to work according to these guidelines in both slaughter and inspection processes.

SBD and ALLE/MealMart et al staff signed a deceptive letter in order to protect their jobs R"L- The Israeli Rabanut in a letter declared it as NON-GLATT !

 This is addressing the unacceptable Shechitas in South America under the SBD Rabbis Hatchual and  Alle/MealMart under the Nirbater Rav. The Israeli Rabanut's letter considers this American Shechita in that plant as being not kosher. The concerns being Neveilos and Treifos.

Question- Any one signed on this obviously inaccurate letter intended to mislead the Tzibur,  Are they acceptable for any other shechita?

Some of the Questions to be asked about the SBD Slaughtering at the Las Piedras Plant in Uruguay: Is it any different in any of their other plants? Unlikely!

 

1.  Question-Can a shochet (ritual slaughterer) over 80 years old who can barely walk be trusted as a knife inspector that one can rely on?

1. Answer- If the answer is yes, it is against the Halacha (Jewish law), and if the answer is no, this is what is happening there.

 

2. Question-Is it permissible to slaughter at a speed of 130 or more per hour when two slaughterers are present, one slaughtering and the other inspecting?

2. Answer- If so, it is contrary to the clear Shulchan Aruch (Code of Jewish Law), which states that the knife inspection requires a clear mind and time. If this is forbidden, then this is what is happening there.

 

3. Question-Is it possible to inspect the knife, slaughter the animal, wash the knife twice, and also fix the knife all within less than 25 seconds?

Answer-Certainly, it is not possible, and anyone who says it is possible does not know factually what they are talking about.

4. Question-According to their opinion, is it permissible to check the knife after every two animals and not after each one?

     Answer-If so, they should bring a Halachic proof, because according to most  poskim (Jewish legal authorities), it is forbidden, and if it is forbidden, then that is why are they are doing there.

 

5. Question-Can it be that a slaughterer can slaughter animals at a speed of 130 per hour, one after the other, without needing to fix the knife for at least twenty minutes?

Answer- If they think it is possible, let them show the world the trick to doing it, because every experienced honest slaughterer knows that the answer is that it is impossible, and if not, then this is exactly what they are doing.

 

6. Question-Can an internal lung inspector inspect 130 animals per hour, which means 20 seconds per animal, and also be aware of the entire condition of the lung in those 20 seconds? Note: He must check both sides of the lung.

Answer-If they think it is possible, they must be dealing with angels. And if they think it is not possible, then why are they doing it this way?

7. Question-Can an external lung inspector thoroughly check around 100 lungs per hour, one by one?

Answer-Every experienced truthful external lung inspector knows that it is not simple and cannot reach the level of  Glatt, definitely not "mehadrin" (strict adherence) with such inspection. But they are doing this consistently.

 

8. Question-Does the act of hiding the slaughtering process by placing guards at the factory entrance to prevent anyone from entering, and rejecting any attempt by professionals to visit the slaughter, indicate that there is something to hide?

Answer-The answer is simple: whoever hides has good reasons to hide their actions, which are done in darkness. In this case, the actions were unexpectedly revealed as mentioned in the above questions.

 

 

9. Question- Can a shochet who fears for his livelihood and is forced to sign a letter full of lies still be trusted, in general, and specifically in slaughter?

Answer-No one can be trusted, no matter who they are if they have a direct connection to their financial interests or of the owner. Certainly, if they fear & know that if they do not sign the false letter, they will lose their job as a slaughterer.

 

Conclusion- The current system does not qualify even as plain Glatt, R”L.

 

They must immediately Fix their actions and organize the slaughter process. Instead of getting angry at anyone who exposes the truth or writing letters that have nothing to do with the truth, they should correct things truly. Then, bring in expert neutral slaughterers to check and see if the things are being done as they should. Anything else will fail. Unless they do not believe Torah MI ‘Sinai and don’t believe in the after-world.

Alert; We have reviewed a number of facts presented in the Sefer and we found that they are not presented correctly. The incidence of Bloating and DA's are considerably higher than is being presented.

Therefore the incidence of טריפות is higher than presented and it still remains a serious issue. We have personally inspected many farms, small ones of under 100 cows to large ones up to 6000 head of cows
.

We personally spoke Reb Moshe Feinstein re: his Teshuva on Cholov Stam. We personally spoke to Rav Eliyashev and Rav Wosner re: the Veterinary procedures done to the cows which make them a Treifah.

In conclusion, The intention of the Sefer may have been very good, but the sad facts are that all cholov Stam, Akum, etc may actually have serious issues of Treifos that are not Botul, considerably more than the 1.6 %. It's ranges from 4% and above depending on the farm.

One can only consume the Cholov Yisroel with reliable Hashgochas according to the Psakim of Reb Moshe Feinstein, Rav Sholom Eliyashev, Rav Shmuel Wosner, etc. They disagree with the conclusions on the חלב טריפה book.
