Purpose of this post:

Hmmmmm.

If there are not enough mezizas then the kashrut is not enough either.
Even if the building is theoretically exempt from mezizas ( nobody lives there etc. ) it still degrades and decreases the kashrut power of the caterer.
Yudel is looking to start writing mezizas. Of course he is already a sofer. He is ah Kol boy Yid.
If there no mezizas you can’t install a undercover camera.
( to get out of this non- issue all you have todo is hang up mezizas ‘pishkehs’ but if YS catches you, your done for life)

B'kiytzur - you're being "M'ZIZ" ufar mimkomo with your wild hypothesis about Yudel.

I guess you can have fun with that in chutz la'aretz.

Here in Eretz Yisrael mezuzos have to be put up immediately (and there are "mezuzah-g'machim" for this), as every night has chashivus in it's own right in being m'kayeim the Mitzvah of living in eretz Yisrael - and we don't have here a thirty day time-span to wait before doing this.

0 days or thirty days - Even In Eretz Yisreal - if you do not live in the building you probably are Patur of a mizizah.

Even if you put one up {Mahram m'rpttoenberg} - (Usually the rebbe does it or by now, the Roshay Yeshivoas also picked up on this new fundraiser gimmick) - a bracha definatly should not be made.
In any event, you can not hold it against anybody who does not put up a mizizah if the structure is only in use for non-living purposes.

How about the building masquerading as a cheder on sixth street, do they have mezuzahs on each door?

Yes people put up mezuzous on buildings that are really paatoor. But no blessing is made if its not really required. Its done 'me'shoom mah'aseh sheh'hatah' with the maharam merottenburg.

Check it out.
