Seasonal as in all 4 seasons of the year? I was once sitting at the Shabbos table of a choshuva Rosh yeshiva whose Rebbitzen said she called Rabbiner Belsky who told her that even though he is officially certifying it, he recommends that she should not eat Bodek’s romaine, period.
Since Reb Shia Katz was let go from positive and he made a campaign against them, he never get another hashgocha. Companies do not like to deal with people that do such.
R' Shia is mishpooche of another rav hamachshir who infamously blackmails manufacturers who switch shgooches. One company who refused to pay him off was bashmutzed with signs on Brooklyn utility poles. He was called to Din Torah but they couldn't prove otherwise when he denied putting up the signs. Shkoiach! I'm sure it's takkeh true that he didn't 'personally' scotch-tape the signs to the poles!
He is also related to the Bakshish mafioza who bar-rehds most if not all hechshairim unless there is Bakshish involved. He don’t use utility poles but he uses a blog or website that grahms with bake very close to ‘bakeshish’.

How is Shia Katz, who was let go from Positiv, taking this news? He has been known to support the competition (Bodek) following his termination.
