A Lakewood hall was rented for a wedding with an outdoor chupah, they asked is the microphones and speakers included? They were told yes, He said put it into the contract, which they did.
At the Chupah, the manager had them disconnect the mike system as he did not see "the extra charge" on the paperwork. The Baal Simcha told him look in the contract, it's included-He refused to provide the mike system.
Question; How much should the Baal Simcha deduct from his bill?

Who are the manager & his boss? ("Allegedly" avaddeh)
How much are the stiffed guests owed for travel expenses? A bochur in yeshiva got married to the daughter of a big gvir. We were pleased to all be invited to the seudah at shpitz simcha. We weren't prepared for the theater that broke out after the chuppah. The (unknown to us zeyer karg) shver tells the caterer ok, roll out the bochurim's tables & slap down some plates with chicken bottoms, they are asking where their tables are. The caterer is like, well that is beneath my standards. I'm happy though to set up tables with full meal portions. The shver absoltely refused unless he is paying for discounted bochurim tables. The caterer said oib azoi they are not eating from me. The shver shamelessly said so be it while dozens of bochurim were huddled around intently listening in. And just like that the shver strode off.
Is it the hall or the so called “caterer”
How come there things only happen to nice guys like Yudel???
Yudel is not making any weddings these days. I most probably was by a TAKANAH wedding, as they have to figure ways of milking to the last drop.
This would never happen by halls run by chasidim. For some reason the litvish are so cheap and petty.
What happened in the end
The Bais Havaad would solve this in seconds. The propaganda and the media coverage would last for months. The Terorrisitin will have a field day with this.
And the current bitul taireh amongst the outside Roshai Yeshivah, outside poskim mixing into this would be endless. but its all Leshaim Shamayim.
2 bochurim who were smart sat in the only empty seats - of Baal habatim who were no shows. (No problem with that in Halacha as they were invited). The rest either left or wandered around the rest of the evening.
Usually they have bochurim tables for the dancing after the main meal and they serve them all of the Shmorg food in heated schafers.
Its not keftover shmorg food. Its additional food that was ordered for simchas choson vkalah
that is usually some kugels, cake and desert, the better ones set out the extra shmorg food also, the bochurim like it very much.
Its almost as bad as those guys who didnt feed Yudel. He still hopping mad at them.
The Torah is very clear על אשר לא קדמו אתכם וכו' They are banned permanently from Klal Yisroel.
I heard that Dr. Pollack, president of Star-K and Rabbi Shuman, told Reb Yudel that the reason they don't allow him into any of their certified facilities is because of his expertise in kashrus and he would see all of the Star-K's kulah, bi'diededs and heterim and he would publicize them, they don't allow him in. Is that really so, you would reveal those things to the kosher consumers at large?
obiously you just read a pasuk and apply it to your predetermined enemies.
Matbe you check out the meforshay hapasuk. just maybe if you have some time after hunting down your enemies who don't agree with you.
The main problem is he "reveals" their 'Kulas" without going in and he determines whats OK and What not. Eventhough Rav Heinemann is a talmid muvhuk of Reb Aron in the Bais Medrash and Reb Yudel only Claims that he is a talmid muvhak from Reb Shneur in the kitchen ( who knows why RS put him the kitchen - he wanted him out of the BM, WITH a parnasah)
