The ones that feel their are entitled to "שלישי" are the ones that check the matzas by the oven
NOTE: Most Kefulos are not kefulos, but they will still break it off and make a שלם into a שברים. The bakeries encourage it so they buy extra matzas, so they'll enough שלימים.
