Not only didn’t they let him in there to represent the consumer, they are doing a great job making sure the workers don’t say anything as well. Thus the above Ban. The place is double booked nightly. I doubt that will be losing any business due to the above ban. Nebach on the frustrated site owner.

pay extra for bishul beit yosef and then you can assume a shomer shabbos yid will be in the kitchen
