Rabbi Yosef Sayagh, a shatnez tester from Lakewood and a leading expert in the field, notes that other tested Ricercato suits were shatnez-free, featuring non-shatnez taper reinforcements. This illustrates the inconsistency in suit manufacturing; a shatnez-free suit doesn't guarantee that another similar suit will be the same.
Rabbi Sayagh also mentioned that shatnez generally occurs in multiple suits within a batch, rather than in just one suit. |
