Rabbi Siemiatycki is one of the biggest poskim in lakewood. Half the schools ask him their shailos. Most of the Rabonim know him personally from dealing with their shuls problems. A list of organizations relying on him would be a phone book

There are no gedolim who disqualified the Vaad. All those paslers are from unheard of (hopefully) poskim who have no reputation of knowing anything about dayanus. All the local intown rabbonim support the Bais havaad.

All of the Rabonim were taken in by the idea without even scrutinizing all of the people behind it. It's not niki chapayim when the main one built a fully all upgrade house and shafted the vendors. Does he intend to use the Niki chapayim funds for it?
