Evergreen Shopping center, Route #9 Lakewood, NJ was obligated to install a traffic light, which was never installed-there were numerous tragedies- everyone is obligated APH to sue

It was the responsibilty of the contractor to have a trafdfic light installed prior to opening the shopping center. It was not a DOT obligation. The Township should have the contractor hire police 24/7 to direct traffic until the traffic light is installed and functioning.

Without question Evergreen is banned. If they ‘kill people’ even when they’re sleeping you could imagine how many people they ‘kill’while they’re up and working.
Of course this is all Boobeh masehs
But it’s the classic logic of this site.

The shopping plaza or the DOT has achrayus?

Please study the purpose of a comma and read the article again.

Also, based on your comment, I feel it's important to share that when you see a sign that says "NO U TURN" it means you Cam turn around and go the opposite direction. It does NOT mean you can't go straight and that you must turn.

More like the classic “logic” of the Queens naysayer. He’s favorite type of attacks on R’ Yudel & other do gooders are the ones that double as cover ups for those being goirem deaths or actual killers (who lehalacha include child molesters, his favorite ‘cause’ to defend, even when the molester is not der mechuton). No one with half brain function will fall for the mashgiach’s propaganda in any case. If a gesheft greatly increases traffic but does nothing to mitigate accidents as required by law, it’s not like there is no culpability klapei Shmaya. Oh right, the mashgiach doesn’t believe in that ort despite his big “holy” act. He has his own agendas that are unconnected to Torah.

How many of you are fed up with matzos factories cheating us with boxes full of shevorim that are misrepresented at full price of shlaymim? This is having kashrus implications now too because vendors fed up with customer complaints are this year only selling from factories with a better record of shlaymim which are lav davka the ones with the better level of kashrus

o initiate a recall of a Township Committeeman in New Jersey, here’s a step-by-step outline based on New Jersey law (NJSA 19:27A):

🔁 Step-by-Step Recall Process in NJ
1. Eligibility for Recall
Any elected official in NJ can be recalled after serving 1 year in office (except members of the State Legislature, who are eligible after 1 year of their current term).

2. Form a Recall Committee
You need to form an official Recall Committee of at least 3 registered voters from the township. This committee will be responsible for organizing and submitting the recall effort.

3. File a Notice of Intention to Recall
Submit the Notice of Intention to recall to the municipal clerk. This must include:

The name of the official

The reason for the recall (this is not legally required to be valid, but it must be stated)

Names and addresses of the recall committee members

A sworn statement that the members are registered voters

The official you're trying to recall has 5 days to respond with a statement, which can be printed on the recall petition.

4. Get Approval for Petition Format
Before collecting signatures, you must get the petition format approved by the municipal clerk.

5. Gather Signatures
You have 160 days to collect signatures.

You need valid signatures from 25% of the registered voters in the township who voted in the last General Election in which the official was elected.

6. Submit the Petition
Once complete, submit the petition to the municipal clerk. They will verify signatures.

If enough valid signatures are confirmed, a recall election will be scheduled.

7. The Recall Election
The election may ask two questions:

Shall [official’s name] be recalled?

If yes, who shall replace them?

📌 Important Notes
You can't recall an official in the last year of their term.

All signatures must be from registered voters in the township.

Ensure accurate signature collection — invalid ones can be disqualified.

Trying to figure out if everyone is a molester or a mechiten with a molester or a mechutens mechutens molester ad sof haolom.
Going to court of course is a lechatchila here. Finding out the real story before one ploppes is a mitzvah gedoila over here.
Learning from recent mistakes is a no-no. ‘We ‘NEVER’ make mistakes’
But free fresser knows nothing else.
Popping candies all day in between free dress meals gives him the right to plop and plop. Maybe the West Coast Guru who is his Rebbeleh.
