Baseball is a mainstay in many boys’ camps. Yet, not many are aware that a shatnez issue might exist within baseball gloves due to their materials. Numerous baseball gloves have threads and fibers made from a mix of materials, and occasionally, both wool and linen are present. Is there a list of brands besides Wilson that have been found to contain shaatnez?
Someone asked the other week if the Volover is making sure there are no leaf miners in romaine stalks. No one including R' Yudel offered a response. I see now for the first time there is a brand of romaine called "Kosher Check" being sold in supermarkets. So what does the Yudelstake Brain Trust know veggen dem?
