We see Professional Sofrim are coming from Eretz Yisroel to check the Mezuzahs for Lakewood households-

Does Lakewood have a shortage of qualified sofrim?

There a Course now in Lakewood for Sofrim by Rav Zeida.

I’m confused. We’re bringing in Soferim from EY to check mezuzas from EY.
How do we know they are not the same people who sold us the posul ones to begin with?

Who says the Sofrim in Lakewood are good enough for fineshmeckers like me??
Who says these sofrim are coming to compete with our local sofrim?
They are coming to collect money for themselves. The “my daughter is divorced and my son had a breakdown and my wife is sick and I list my job” story is to mundane.
So they come to work and make money that they desperately need.
If they do your mezzos you should through in another few hundreds to give them Zedakah “Mayan beater”.
I’m surprised that out host did not pick this logic up.

I can't read a word of this post. The words are spread out into letters around your image. To be frank, your blog looks like it popped out of the 16th century or less. You're a great guy, this is just a messy corner of the internet. Hatzlacha!

I'd rather go to sholom's course on how to make mamzerim with a rabbinic certificate.

Someone from EY is advertising a photo op of himself with R' Malkiel checking the RY's mezuzos. I hope this doesn't evolve into a Lakewood Matzos Bakery copycat affair! Or that next thing we hear is Chabadskers are buying the possul rejects far billig preiz!

Reb Malkiel is pictured with one of them, is it because he's an "eitz'nik"?

It’s very simple. He comes to your home. He is cheap. He is methodical.

who vouches forb his reliablity? did he sell the questionable mezuzahs in the first place, locals, at least many will have an opinion one way or another. It's a mitzvah to support your own local sofrim.

You support your local sofrim by buying the mezzos from him.
You support יושבי ארץ הקדושה by having them checked by them.
