Fish sticks are usually made from minced "pollock-fish". Pollock fish is infested with the anisakis worms. Minced is not ground, therefore no brand should be used. That include the brands that have a designated fryer. BTW- The brand with the designated fryer was not a new fryer, but was kashered.
