What is wrong with KJ/KY beef? Please elaborate.

Anonymous said...

It's processed at Agri.
Hebrew National does not take any trimmings from Agri because IT DOESN'T MEET HEBREW NATIONAL KASHRUS STANDARDS.

BUT IT MEETS KCL STANDARDS, KCL GETS BAK'SHISH FROM AGRI

The real question is, what took CHK so long to leave?

KAJ left a long time ago.

Anonymous said...

Fyi,
The Mishpacha and Bake Masters brands have been discontinued already for 2 years.
The rav Hamachshir of the Mishpacha brand now certifies the Haddar brand.

Thank you Reb Yudel for the list.
Q. Does kosher Garden peeled frozen strawberries need kosher for Passover on it or is it good with just plain OU?

A batch this winter of Birdsboro salami was spoiled long before the expiration date and Bingo are shverreh baalei davar on returns.

KJ only does gassos at Agri? Where does KJ shecht & process poultry?

Look what he pulled at the last minute before bailing on all the fressers last Pesach

He now forwards you from the Pesach program website to his personal website where he warns you of all kinds of oinshim for saying lashon horah about him. How convenient!

Someone in the greater Lakewood area who rents his vacation home for Pesach is a NIGHTMARE landlord.

After the whole house is kashered & stocked with essen he starts terrorizing you with creatively imaginative taynos that you are being mafsid him. It's a shakedown scam that he knows is effective because he knows you are terrified that he could lock you out without a place to stay or even your food. He even admits he changes some terms of the upmach after you take possession which he is 'matzdik' (without a leg to stand on). The menuvol has cameras INSIDE the house that he can be arrested for. When you first catch on he is in denial. Someone had to have a security company do a sweep last year. He was watching a mishpocho's every move & listening to conversations which he followed up with more harassing phone calls & texts based on his illegal, menuvoldik surveillance. He even commented when they were eating on the outside deck. He is a megalomaniac who contacts you at all hours. He holds you hostage on the phone to give you the 5th degree for HOURS per day. He didn't pay to clean his septic tank line so the inside of the house started flooding during Chol Hamoed every time the showers or sinks were used. He refused to send a plumber. The victim tenants had to hire their own plumber to evaluate. They had to leave early after what the plumber warned could come next. It already stank from the water backup stagnating. The creep was even overriding the thermostat through his phone app to lower the temperature set by the tenants on cold nights. The fraudster loves to falsely darshan to you over & over that he's such a baal chesed by nature to everyone!

Is it good? Under "meat" Birdsboro is not listed.

Anonymous said...

Absolutely a lie. If you have legit complaints they are the easiest place to return things.
But there is a advertised return policy which one must adhere to.

Can someone explain to me why Dagim White Albacore tuna looks and tastes like the dark tuna?

Yudel Shain said...

Birdsboro meat is excellent for Pesach and the entire year from a kashrus point.

Birdbrain said...

The published return policy that is publicly posted at the Bingo customer service counter is not reasonable. Is 6:24 pm alleging that they are more meykil than the published policy?

Pnei AJS Chofu said...

The Stefanskys were not happy when the NY Times reported the truth that their Dagim tuna facility in the Philippines employs Islamist terrorists from the Abu Sayyaf division of al Qaeda who moonlight to make some money on the side.

Too bad the NY Times did not also report the shmutz how they mistreated their former rav hamachshir Rav Spiegel from Boro Park / Kensington.

I guess finsterreh people produce finsterreh albacore

What a Weasel said...

I know a Rov who was helping the Pesach rental victim. The baal habos charged extra to present a cleaned residence yet the only couch was full of extreme numbers of chometz crumbs.

What was his "hitztadkus" to shake down for more money? He "decided" he needs to make more money than he already agreed to. But even this corrupt inflation wasn't enough so he started inventing false accusations against the tenant.

You cant have it both ways said...

Farshteit men that you feel emotionally compelled to farkoif OU above the heimishe shgooches after all the disappointing let downs. But you keep making carve outs, and rightly so. No OU for shvache heterim with kashering by chocolate and no OU for kitnios shenishtaneh in diet sodas ...

You know there are many other carve outs from the OU like when they appoint inappropriate Linker mashgichim at certain companies, turn a blind eye to Meshichistim, play games with sefichim in Israel, etc, etc, etc

The OU is far from Utopia after all!

The copepods in nori sheets are only a halba tzorah because some poskim hold you can't see them at first glance therefore they are mutter. The bigger problem is that there are also miniature seahorses.

Warning about Pesach rentals

Do not rely on pictures. Go down to see the place in person.

When in person do not rely on the appearance of the furniture. Sit down on all the couches & beds because some sketchy landlords outfit the rentals with cheap furniture that is as hard as rocks. You will be sore all over from sleeping & sitting, if you can even fall asleep!

Do not rely on any assurances of "cleaning" for chometz and "kashering" the kitchen. Hire a reliable kashering service for the kitchen & inspect how well the rest of the house was cleaned. There are greedy, immoral landlords who will tell you what you want to hear about kashering the kitchen. These mechutzofim even upcharge what a service under hashgocho charges except they don't do the job. For cleaning the rest of the house I know a case where a house was rented from the only Rav in that town. The Rav "relied" on a goyta who left all kinds of chometz detritus all over. She was so useless that even all the kitchen chairs were coated in bread crumbs. And the Rav was azoy negligent that he failed to notice if he even bothered to look. The rental is the first house next door to him so it's not like it was a tircha for him.

The Volover farentfers that his nori sheets don't have shrotzim. Is such a thing possible? Or is this comparable to the 'secret stash' of raisins that was being claimed as sourced at KCL?

The frierdik Lubavitcher Rebbe said: Es is doh hashgacha oif vos men leigt in di teplach, farvos is nitto kein hashgacha vus men leigt in di keplach?

Al pi the above the rosh yeshiva of Lubavitch Cincinnati Rav Avtzon warns about inappropriate sevivos at some Chol Hamoed activities.

He further complains that all geshften selling Sta"m should be under hashgacha.

Mikvaos in appliance stores are problematic. They go for years without inspection by rabbonim. Some have never been inspected. He personally was told by the Boro Park mumche on mikvaos Rav Yirmiyahu Katz that the same problems extend even to veiber mikvaos. Other rsbobnim have told him hair raising horror stories vegen dem!

Therapists, Dating coaches and Chassan & Kallah teachers need to be vetted by rabbonim too

If you're worried about copepods in the dark green seaweed layer of sushi rolls, check into every take out store & food-drink manufacturer in NYC, Westchester County, Boston, Seattle & more than 10,000 other locations throughout America that skirt Federal water filtering guidelines. Even if a hashgocho like the OU has them install a site filter, it's completely useless unless it's the Nirbater who actually cares & checks up on the filtering status. The others like OU know the filter gets clogged and turn a blind eye to all the years of infested backwash that follow. Lots of proteiny copepods & silverfish that don't make the list of ingredients.

Anonymous said...

Wow what a list from a Cincinnati Rabbi giving daious on the world.
Anyway, all mikvas that I saw in appliance stores or wholesalers are all under hashgacha.

Anonymous said...

How would you know what the OU does ?
If you hate the OU as it seems from your comments, just post: I hate the OU (but I still use them because I have no choice since all hashgacha rely on them one way or another) but I still hate them.

Anonymous said...

Is this nonsense a Lakewood thing or can non Lakewooders also be nasty ??
I mean you had to put that Lakewood thing in there to get even with whom? The whole town? Just a section ??? Which one (aren’t you looking for mitzvahs?) ??

Vasser Trogger said...

I was told what the OU & other hashgochos (don't) do with water filters by an org that monitors hashgochos.

Leave it to the OU & it's Spooks floating around the blogs to attack & cast aspersions on the motives of anyone who's got the goods on them.

The boutique estate producers of olive oil in California that you like are also good for Pesach without a P? Or need specific Pesach supervision?

Look who dove headfirst in here yesterday evening to write a trio of attacks on commenters.

'You Know Who'! Who else?

He starts off belittling a Cinci rosh yeshiva at 6:30.

At 6:33 he's ticked off because we got a window into an OU headfake pretending to be makpid on copepods. He's really having a fit over this one because Nirbatur Ruv was commended as allegedly being the only shgoocha who bothers to regularly change the water filters. Remember that Meal Mart Queens under der Nirbatur is from the FF gesheften that 'You Know Who' bashes the most. Some shpiel about how he doesn't trust the kashrus (a badge of honor considering the source) & if it wasn't for Queens Vaad co-certification it would be in gantzen farfallen (kaviyuchel)! Never mind that he doesn't shter zich for a second to FF from the place.

6:37 pm is yet more proof that 'You Know Who' has reading comprehension problemmen. Someone wrote that a wannabe Air B&Bnik bought himself a vacation property in the Lakewood area. That means the baal habus doesn't live in Lakewood. DUH! But leave it to 'You Know Who' to attack the victim, twisting the narrative completely out of context as the victim getting even with gantz Lakewood altz irrational sinah. "Nasty" zugt er???? Has 'You Know Who' ever looked in the mirror or considered how acidic all his tzebissneh disruptions of Yudelstake are???? The "mitzvah" that 'You Know Who' is oisek in is undermining the victim's message and bashmutzing the victim after R' Yudel saw fit to share the message.

...org that monitors hashgochos...
You mean like yudels site? Or are there others? who are they? what site?

Vasser Trogger said...

KIC & KIS are orgs monitoring hashgochos. It wasn't them. I'm afraid if I name the org they will come under heavy attack by shadow operatives - both officially working for the OU and other negligent hashgochos AND the destructive big mouths no one appointed who inject all their poisonous gobbledygook in every Yudelstake discussion. When a kashrus or rabbonishe figure catches a pshiah, they jump like a virtual mafia to break his limbs.

It was a big controversy when the Chassidishe complained in 1990s that BMG allowed the pure USDA butter in the dining room. Who are they to make a tummel against the rosh yeshiva ztvkl? And why did the yeshiva penalize everyone for them when no one was forcing them to eat it?
