כדיינים בבית דין הנ"ל ,מהיום ועד שיענו לדרישה הנ"ל במלואה, ויציעו כל
הדברים הנוגעים לבירור הנ"ל, באופן
המניח את דעתינו ובלי דחיות ואמתלאות, ביה"ד בית הוועד ד'ליקוואוד אינו בחזקת בית דין כשר , ואין חיוב להענות להזמנה שבא מהביה"ד ד"בית הוועד ליקוואוד", וכן כל שטר המעיד על מעשה ב"ד שיתכן שנעשה ע"י אחד מהדיינים הנ"ל ]כולל היתירי נישואין על פי הגיטין שיסדרו מהיום[ אינו בחזקת מעשה בית דין כשר ]ועי' בחזו"א )חו"מ ליקוטים סי' ב' סק"א וסק"ב.[

Why did R' Malkiel ask the YTV rosh yeshiva of all people to intervene in the Philly-Beis Havaad scandal?
That specific Torah Vodaas rosh yeshiva is experienced with cover ups! The rich guy Jacobson who was shutef of the corrupt Queens Vaad to dig up all the kivrei yesoimim, throw the bones in the garbage and resell the plots to Russian freyer & shkotzim for many $$$ millions $$$, is member of his shul. So RYR bashmutzed the Mirrer kollel yungerman who tipped off Rav Elyashev ztl to the kevorim outrage and brought him all the evidence that he poskened against it, as a "roidef" of his beloved congregant. Never mind that RYR lost many of his upset members to other shuls when he moved his Agudah waaaaaay out to between Ave S&T to pamper the rich guy while it tremendously inconvenienced the vast majority of the membership

That new, long winded letter released last night is just more weasel words from Bais Havaad with Sholom's fingerprints all over it, if not actually dictated word for word by him. So after they acted shady, trying to hide avlos that if revealed will generate a milchamasa shel Torah against them, they want to hypnotize us all into believing that they are just a bunch of temimusdik patsies brimming with tzidkus who decided for our benefit to conduct all their business in secret so that all the supposed bad guys there don't attack them & Philly (who are never mentioned in the letter) because they want to save the bad guys from transgressing with "machloikes". This atrocious letter is worthy of Hunter Biden!

When you see virtually any comment on Yudelstake attacking other readers who expose corruption (prime examples are the mockery of the Queens Vaad & Philly critics), it's yener OU mashgiach in NYC's outer outer boro who has a fit & crawls out of his own skin if you don't go along with his krum cover up hashkufos. He gets azoy worked up that he looks like a cartoon character with extreme anger management issues. If you knew how much shmutz he has to cover up of himself & by zein eigenner mishpooche you would understand his sick worldview to be moiser nefesh to cover up ALL corruption. That's the same reason why he HATES anti-corruption figure R' Yudel so much!
