ROCK SALMON-WHAT IS IT???

From Wikipedia encyclopedia: Rock Salmon is the flesh of the dogfish, wolffish or catfish, also known as hass/huss. [Non-kosher, of course- Y.S.] Renamed by marketeers to make the fish more appealing to consumers.
