The Tevyas (fidler on the..) says their mashigihim were trained by the Eidah {add it to the list]. The rav Hamachshir of tevyas claims that he has many unknown heteirim from the Minchas Yitzchok. The sad fact is all of them happened after the "shloishim" of the minchas yitzchok.

I have been looking into companies to build an aron kodesh for a shul. The companies in this field are of course Jewish and do nothing but make shul interiors. This local company seemed to have an impressive client list of the most haymish places around. Zichron Moishe Monsey, Chicago Community Kollel, Rav Flohr's Monsey, Rav Taub's Toronto, and the Agudah Toronto.

The funniest part of this story was not reported here. R' Yehuda Levin told the NY Times that he almost choked on the pastrami sandwich he was eating when he learned that Paladino went behind his back.
My point was that Ron Ben-Israel cannot compete with Cake Boss unless he can reproduce any color including all the metallic ones. These cakes are insanely expensive. They start at $10 to $15 a slice and can be more expensive depending on extra frills.

Stay away from this restaurant in Westchester that was profiled in the NY Times and the Monsey paper. It was lumped together with kosher restaurants but even though the names & menu items sound Jewish it is a treif restaurant. The Israeli baal habus is married to a Chinese or Korean shiksa. I heard that Skver plans to have 2 brands - Fishel's that is nikkur free and glatt beis yosef only, and Solomons that will be done nikur on the highest standard with all chumros. everyone will be able to choose what darga they want to use.
