ALERT: chocolate Mouse glass desert and the Apple coblers crock made by Chantilly bakery are not being toiveled. The Igros Moshe y"d 3, 22 and in the "miasef litoirah" Reb Moshe says one should not eat it. The Chazon Ish also says not to eat from a restaurant or caterer that doesn't toivel their utensils.
